One Drag Roller is provided with Pressure Rollers. This Drag Roller pull the fabric from trolley which may be in loose strand or in tight strand. 1 No. winch (Star Roller) of special design to deposit the fabric in the Scray. The star Roller is driven. 1 No. SS Grid for Cloth guiding Pile formation of fabric. 1 No. Compensating unit in the Scray. 2) CLOTH ENTRY DEVICE WITH SELVEDGE GUIDERS The guide rollers are made of stainless steel and run in self aligning ball bearings. The tension rods are made of stainless steel. The tension device, worm gear & adjustable handwheel. Selvedge guiders, working pneumatically with mechanical scanning of selvedges, including adjusting spindle and fastening supports. The selvedge guider is centrically adjustable on the adjusting spindle by hand-wheel. 3) DESIZING COMPARTMENT WITH CIRCULATION PUMP & ROTARY FILTER The washing trough and the guide rollers are made of stainless steel and the washing Compartment with a liquor inlet, outlet and overflow. Required Between the lower deflecting rollers flow sheets. The washing compartment must have both sides doors and windows. Required washing compartment, indirect heating system.

2 Outside bearing of the guide rollers All rollers are running in ball bearings which are installed outside of the washing compartment. Sealing is effected by means of special slide ring seals for bottom rollers and special lip seals for top rollers. Drive of the upper rollers Four of the upper rollers in the closed washing compartment are driven by torque motors. Intermediate Squeezer (Light Nip) The machine frame is made of stainless steel. The squeeze roller and drive roller run in selfaligning roller bearings. The squeeze roller has a soft rubber coating, whereas the drive roller is ebonite covered. The diaphragm with compressed air units. The control of the diaphragm compressed air units is effected by means of a compressed air control unit with reducing valve and manometer. One curved expander roller is mounted in front and back of the nip. The AC-drive motor with flanged-on reduction gear is directly coupled with the drive roller. 4) DESIZE-STEAMER The desize-steamer is completely made of stainless steel. A steam lock is at the entry of the steamer. The guide rollers are made of stainless steel and run in self-aligning ball bearing outside the steam chamber.the sealing is effected by special slip-ring seals, which are maintenance-free. Synchronisation of the speed is effected by compensators. One draw-off reel as well as one plaiting cross for the plaiting down of the cloth onto the retention slat conveyor. The slat conveyor is driven by frequency controlled AC-drive via excenter and thus the cloth is moved through the retention unit. The speed of the excenter movement is variable, and by that the retention time can be adjusted according to the cloth quality. The broad sides are equipped with paned doors, which serve for the observation of the cloth passage within the chamber and also for cleaning purposes. The heating of the chamber is effected by direct steam injection into the sump. The desired temperature can be controlled by an automatic regulator. The chemicals are penetrated to the core of the fabric for better performance and low chemical consumption. The small quantity of liquor ensures fast liquor refurbishment and short adjustment time at process change. The squeezer is made from rubber rollers and its pressure can be controlled and adjusted so that it ensures :- a.
