3 Our History The 911Tracker Team first developed a proof-of-concept (using a specially programmed cellphone) to demonstrate the remotely commanded 3-way call to emergency services. This led to the development of three generations (see below). Each generation resulted in more advanced hardware design and more advanced software design using knowledge gained. The first generation product implemented a number of capabilities that were carried forward. The second generation incorporated a more advanced chipset. However, the GPS chip used in this hardware became unavailable, so we developed the current T3 product using a more advanced GPS chip. T3 is the culmination that results in a tiny package with state-of-the-art features. T3 uses an off-the-shelf module from Maestro-Wireless that includes a microprocessor, cellular chipset, a GPS chipset, accelerometer, cellular antenna, and GPS antenna. This module was designed for rugged vehicle applications and Maestro-Wireless has been shipping modules of this type in high volumes to worldwide customers for many months. Mission Statement It is the mission of 911Tracker ( 911T ) to provide a rapid, affordable, and superior safety/security access to public safety by developing systems that will save lives and protect property worldwide. 911T business expansion strategy is to gain initial success in the vehicle security aftermarket and then use our patented methodology (U.S. Pat. 7,937,066) to work with partners to create products in The 911Tracker Team installs our proprietary software to provide the unique T3 capabilities. The T3 evaluation units have been in the field for over a year. This permitted evaluators to use the product in many different environments and to provide suggestions for improvement in T3 software. Our evaluation has included live tests with numerous 911 Call Centers to confirm operation. These tests helped the 911Tracker Team add extra safeguards to make sure the emergency information is always provided to 911. The 911Tracker Team has worked with our contract manufacturers to complete the T3 production packaging. The T3 package includes the T3 module, backup battery, T3 cable for vehicle interconnection, Installation Guide, and User Guide, see below Tracker Inc Founded 4 Introduction multiple markets, including home and business video security systems, senior citizen security, personal security, child security, and protecting other fixed assets. Initially we are concentrating on U.S. regions and then working with International partners to expand. 911T has developed a family of safety/security products & services that provide immediate notification to 911 when emergencies occur. The person reporting the emergency may be at the scene or far T3 Fulfillment The 911Tracker Team has built 150 T3 units. 110 of those units are in the field with customers and evaluation units, 20 are in stock and 20 are used for testing. Module supplier, Maestro-Wireless / Arrow Electronics have stocked additional quantities of the modules and are waiting for a go-ahead from 911Tracker for delivery. They are ready to ramp volume shipments as soon as we provide the next order. Lead time is 4 to 8 weeks. 911Tracker is ready to proceed with Rush Order, a skilled fulfillment company, to handle packaging, warehousing, and shipping. Rush Order has been supporting numerous other product companies that grew through the benefit of Kickstarter backers.in the early production phases, members of the 911Tracker Team will handle module software installation and testing. Ultracart is integrated with the bank-processing gateway to provide maximum protection for customer information. The T3 owner registers their T3 with their own MyTracker webpage. 911Tracker website is hosted by Amazon Web Services using their full security structure and automatic backup. 4 OUR PRODUCTS Brief Introduction of 911T 911T has developed new methods that will provide huge savings for insurance companies. 911TrackDirect protects a vehicle, a home, a business, a person, or any other asset in the event of an emergency. The method notifies a remote owner of an emergency and permits the owner to immediately speak to the 911-operator that is closest to the emergency. This method directly connects the owner to 911 in seconds and lets emergency responders take action quickly to prevent injuries or limit damage to property. 911TrackDirect does not use expensive call centers, uses the existing infrastructure, is very cost effective for owners, and reduces insurance companies cost for repairing/replacing damaged property stolen vehicle insurance costs are over $8 Billion per year and home/business theft insurance costs are over $15 Billion per year. We have identified 16 vertical markets that will be targets for our methods. 6 7 Initial Products In order to win business with low-hanging fruit, 911T has developed a Vehicle Security Tracker called T3. The device is smaller than a business card and can be installed in a hidden location in any vehicle. T3 includes cellular capability and GPS. Monthly cost for the owner is less than $10. Target markets include the 80M aftermarket vehicles. Distribution is through insurance companies, vehicle dealerships, and fleet vehicles. Installation is available through 911T arrangement with InstallerNet. Unit forecast for next three years is 2,100, 19,000, and 53,000 [Revenue of $400K, $4M, and $21M]. Forecast shows break even within 4 quarters due to efficient cash flow from monthly 911T cell service. 911T has completed the Pilot Program. T3 was released in the Fall with Bay Area marketing focus. Next Products Combining video security video camera with 911TrackDirect provides a very inexpensive method to protect a home or business by notifying the remote owner of an emergency. The owner immediately sees the image on their phone, calls the Tracker presses #, and explains the emergency to the 911-operator nearest the premise. The Tracker permits the owner to describe the situation to police and lets emergency responders get to the premise to prevent the thief from escaping and help keep police safe in the event of a standoff. The owner and police benefit from the swift action and cost for the owner is very reasonable since no call center is required. Potential market is twice the size of vehicle protection market. 911T also plans to provide devices and services for personnel security for Alzheimer's patients, child security, and remote hikers using the 911TrackDirect methods.

8 911TRACKERS T3 (AND S4) INCLUDE MANY ADVANTAGES OUR COMPETITORS T3 is a tiny device with cellular and GPS that can be installed in any vehicle (used or new). 911Tracker Service provides nationwide cellular coverage. Current anti-theft devices are not effective. Audible alerts just annoy neighbors. Two companies are providing anti-theft devices: OnStar and LoJack. However, neither is able to prevent theft in a timely manner. Sends text alert to you as soon as vehicle alarm is triggered. T3 will also text a movement alert to you if your vehicle is being towed. If you receive an alert and determine that it is an emergency situation, you call the T3 and press # to have T3 ONSTAR Does not alert the owner if their car is stolen. OnStar owner must discover their vehicle is missing and then call OnStar. The OnStar call center person needs to learn of the problem and then call the police. The OnStar call center person has to stay on the line with police to speak the current location of the vehicle. The owner does not speak directly to police. Some OnStar models are able to disable the starter but it must be done by the OnStar call center not the owner. make a 3-way call to the 911-Operator that is closest to your vehicle, so you can describe the emergency. T3 always calls 911 that is nearest the vehicle, even if you are many miles away. During the 3-way call, the 911-Operator will automatically see your vehicle location using their normal E911 system. Note: The only time police can see your location is during the 3-way call that you placed. If the 911-Operator wishes to get the real-time T3 GPS location, the 911-Operator presses 3 on their keypad to hear the T3 speak real-time speed, direction, and pinpoint location. It can only work in 23 larger cities since LoJack uses a special radio that must be installed in a police car that is within a few miles of the stolen vehicle. LoJack has two models and only the more expensive model ($950) can alert the owner if their car is stolen. Since their device must make contact with the LoJack call center and the call center must verify the vehicle identification with the police database, it can take up to an hour to alert the owner of the theft. Only the call center person talks to police and the owner does not talk directly to police. You can use any mobile phone or smartphone. No app is required. If you have a smartphone with Internet access, just tap the underlined portion of the text message and you will see the location on the Google Map T3 in Master mode will text vehicle movement alert to you if your vehicle is driven more than a few blocks - very useful for valet parking, checking to see if the repair shop is road testing your car, or when you park at the airport. If you wish to have T3 answer phone calls from their emergency contacts or send them alerts, you can add their phone numbers (landline or mobile) to the T3. 15 LoJack requires the owner to register the vehicle with police. LoJack does not have a vehicle starter disable, does not let the owner check for vehicle location, and does not let the owner move the device to a different vehicle. LoJack stopped selling their device for motorcycles about a year ago. They did this since their device was too big to fit and their device did not work in rural locations. You have complete security. You set your secret T3 PIN and the unit will only respond if it receives your secret PIN. If you tell your Emergency Contacts your secret PIN, that s the only way they could find the vehicle location. No one else will know the vehicle location. No one can change the PIN but you. Can be installed by you or by your local stereo/security installation shop. Standard installation is just 4 wires. You can easily move the T3 from one of your vehicles to your other vehicles. 911Tracker T3 (for retail channel) and 911SafeTrack (for dealer channels) provide a solution that is far superior to other anti-theft devices. T3/S4 Vehicle Security System is different because you are in charge. T3 follows the instructions that you text from your phone. T3 alerts you immediately if your car has an emergency or unauthorized movement. You call the T3 to connect a 3-way call to the 911-Operator located closest to your car even if you are thousands of miles away. You are talking directly to police within seconds of the emergency. No call center is used saving you time and money. LoJack doesn t do this. OnStar doesn t do this. No other anti-theft system can do this. No police registration is needed. Complete privacy Location text goes directly to your phone and is never stored or sent using the Internet T3 is safely hidden from view and is completely silent. You are the only person that will know the unit is protecting you and your vehicle 24/7. 911Tracker Basic Service is available either annually or monthly. Annual service is less than $10/mo. No activation fee. No contracts or cancellation fees. You may suspend a plan or reactivte or begin a new plan at any time.

FBI states that a motor vehicle is stolen every 46 seconds. Insurance companies pay out over 8 billion dollars per year to repair stolen or damaged vehicles. Also, the U.S. market for our pending Finder watch for Alzheimer's and dementia patients is over 10 million people. What will the industry look like in 5 years 16 We expect that 911Tracker products would be the top provider for vehicle security market for motorcycles and in the top one or two positions for aftermarket cars and trucks. Our line of personal security devices with versions of the Finder will be in the top one or two positions.
