2 I. LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. This NMÉ has been issued by ÉMI Non-profit Limited Liability Company for Quality Control and Innovation in Building on the basis of Government Decree No. 275/2013 (VII.16.) on the detailed rules relating to the requirements against construction products in case of planning, installation and verification of performance, the designation of the a Hungarian Trade Licensing Office (MKEH-128/22/2013/FHÁ), and the data given in the NMÉ having the same marking as the NMÉ valid as from 1 August 2014, the Initial Type Test Report No. A-96/2014 dated on 1 August 2014, as well as the Supplementary Initial Type Test Report No. A-96/2014 dated on 25 August The holder of the NMÉ is the manufacturer of the construction product. 3. The holder of the NMÉ may not transfer the NMÉ to any third party. The NMÉ is only valid for the product manufactured in the indicated manufacturing plants. 4. The manufacturer of the product or the authorized representative thereof is obliged to report if the essential characteristics of the product, the quality of its input materials or the conditions of manufacturing change and must request the revision of the NMÉ and its modification as required. 5. ÉMI Non-profit Llc shall withdraw the NMÉ relating to the product on the basis of the request of the manufacturer or the authorized representative thereof, or on the basis of the decision of the market surveillance authority or at the end of the co-existence period of the harmonised standard applicable to the construction product constituting the subject of the NMÉ in accordance with Article 17 (5) of Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council. 6. ÉMI Non-profit Llc shall issue the NMÉ in the Hungarian language, or in English on the basis of a request of the manufacturer or the authorized representative thereof (if such request is submitted subsequently the English version is available for an additional fee). The Hungarian version of the NMÉ shall constitute the grounds of legal validity. 7. The NMÉ may only be copied or disclosed on any other data carrier in its entirety. The abridged version of the NMÉ may not be disclosed without the written consent of ÉMI Non-profit Llc. In the event an abridged version is disclosed, this fact shall be indicated. The wording and diagrams of the promotion materials may not be contrary to the content of the National Technical Assessment, and may not give rise to misunderstanding. 8. The NMÉ shall not replace the other permits, certificates (e.g. environment and property protection, public health, building authority) specified by a separate rule of law regarding the distribution, application, installation and use of the product, and the documents relating to the constancy of product performance (e.g. product certificate, factory production control certificate, declaration of performance). 9. The declaration of performance issued on the basis of the NMÉ does not entitle the manufacturer or the authorized representative thereof to place the CE marking on the construction product, the packaging or the accompanying documents thereof. 10. The NMÉ does not establish the suitability of the construction product for its intended use. It provides values regarding the performance of the essential characteristics to serve as a basis for the declaration of performance. On the basis of its performance declared in the declaration of performance issued by the manufacturer, the construction product can only be built into a structure which satisfies the expected technical performance.

Method(s) used to assess and verify the constancy of performance In accordance with Directive No. 99/93/EC of the Commission, and Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Annex V: method (3) Functions of the manufacturer Factory production control The manufacturer shall set up, document and operate a factory production control system which ensures that the performance of the products to be installed continuously corresponds to the values specified in this NMÉ in a verifiable manner. A manufacturer whose quality management system satisfies the EN ISO 9001 standard and it is completed with the requirements regarding factory production control specified in this NMÉ is deemed to have a factory production control system meeting the requirements in place. With regard to the product it is the task of the manufacturer to set up, operate and control a factory production control system which ensures the constancy of the performance of the products.

6 The factory production control system must include the following: - the tasks to be performed within the scope of the procedure and the persons in charge thereof, - regulations regarding the qualifications and training of staff, the manufacturing and test equipment, input materials, the supplied products, the manufacturing process, the handling of arising non-compliance issues and complaints and the revision of the factory production control system by the manufacturer, - the comparison of the assessment of the results of the tests carried out within the scope of factory production control with the results of type determination, - tests to be carried out within the scope of factory production control according to the production control inspection plan, the frequency and inspection method of which are included in the following table. The manufacturer (or the authorized representative thereof) specified in the declaration of performance is solely responsible for the issue of this declaration of performance. - the person (name/position) signing for and on behalf of manufacturer (or the authorized representative thereof), - place/date/signature.

7 3.3. Function of the designated inspection body Assessment of the performance of the product By taking into consideration paragraph 1.6 of Annex V of Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council this NMÉ shall be deemed to be the performance assessment of the product, therefore the designated body does not have to perform this task. 4. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT - Fenster Air Plus Hygro 01 - Fenster Air Plus Hygro 02 - Fenster Air Plus s 01 - Insect grille - Weather strip The scaled technical drawings are included in Annex No. 1 of the Work Programme. As regards the hygro 01 and hygro 02 types, the technical drawings are unchanged. The applied input material is unchanged, of which fact we made a declaration earlier. 2. THE INTENDED USE OF THE PRODUCT Placed on the windows of residential buildings the air inlets are internal elements, whereas the insect grille and the weather strip are external components. The appropriate types (hygro 02 and s 01) are used in rooms equipped with gas-fired equipment to supply the equipment with air. 3. 32 Creating the ventilation gap in case of plastic windows - On the inner side: it is mounted on the perforation created between the rubber seal and the reinforcement of the profile air inlet weather strip casing that can be found at the top of the casement - On the external side: it is mounted in the casing (at the top) opposite the gap that can be found on the casement with the dimensions provided earlier (the casement created gap at the internal element) air of the room external side - In the event the seal is fitted in the middle of the profile, the perforation having adequate cross-section must be milled on the bar as well. The air inlet element should be placed on the casement of the window structure (on the inner side), the insect grille and the weather strip should be placed on the casing (on the external side)! Attention! Due to the steel reinforcement the gap may not be created at any other part of the window because it would weaken the structure of the window and might cause condensation inside the profile! Creating the ventilation gap in case of wooden windows - The ventilation gap must be created in such a air inlet manner that the casement should be milled through completely above the glass stop (as casing shown in the diagram). If the cross-section of the casement does not allow for the creation of the appropriate perforation, it must be placed in the weather strip casing! air of the room external side - After milling the gaps the air inlet should be mounted on the inner side of the casement, whereas the insect grille and the weather strip should be mounted on the external side! The elements are the ones mentioned above, and the installation of the air inlet according to the diagram does not require the use of a casing extension, and can be mounted subsequently. At the same time the ventilation gap may also be created in the fenestration or in the casing extension if the structure allows it. The vent must be mounted horizontally at the top of the windows, except for the bottom hung windows and arched-shaped windows, if the gas service provider provides it otherwise (bottom-top). The ventilation gap may not be created in any other manner in order to achieve the required air flow!

33 5. PACKAGING, STORING AND MARKING THE PRODUCTS 5.1 Packaging, storing The products are placed in a so-called tubular film, which is welded at both ends. Then the installation instructions, which also include the marking of the type, are glued onto the package. The finished products are placed in a box in units of 100, and are stored in our warehouse. 5.2 Labelling The earlier mentioned printed data always include the marking of the type. After checking the data, the right installation instruction label relating to the indicated type is placed on the tubular film, which is welded at both ends after the product has been placed in it. 6.
