Fire Risk Assessment As one of a handful of companies in the UK to have achieved BAFE SP205 accreditation, we re a reliable pair of hands for your Fire Risk Assessment. Our assessors are members of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM), NEBOSH National Certificated in Fire Safety and Risk Management or CPOA Diploma trained and Graduate and Members of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE). You also benefit from our FCS Live on-line reporting system for fire risk assessments. Service & Maintenance Not only is regular inspection and maintenance of your fire safety equipment a legal requirement, it is also essential to guarantee their operation in the event of fire. We offer service & maintenance contracts for all equipment that we install and commission, including fire alarms and fire extinguishers. Fire Alarms Using only the highest quality equipment from leading manufacturers, we design, supply, install and commission fire safety systems for open protocol and managed systems. A full site survey is our first step which guarantees you the most suitable installation for your premises. Emergency Lighting All our lighting complies with current building safety regulations. We can work with you on design, supply, install, commission and maintenance. Emergency lighting fulfils the essential task of illuminating escape routes, signs and safety equipment when visibility has been compromised due to fire or smoke. 5 Fire Training We offer training courses in fire safety awareness, practical fire extinguisher training, single delegate training and courses for fire wardens. All courses are run by our own trainers and certificates of attendance are awarded to all delegates. Evacuation We are qualified to meet all fire evacuation requirements. Services include: fully documented fire emergency evacuation plans, monitored and documented on-site fire drills and fire evacuations, and evacuation chairs supply and user training. Dry Risers & Fire Hydrants In line with BS9990, we provide scheduled maintenance and testing to wet and dry rising fire mains, and fire hydrants. We can also supply fire brigade equipment. Fire Doors & Passive Remember, that fire doors are one of the most effective ways to save lives and property. Regular inspection of fire doors is required under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order After our inspections, we always provide you with a report to determine what is required to keep your equipment legally compliant. Portable Appliance Testing Our range of PAT services include inspection, testing and remedial works, carried out by fully qualified and competent personnel.
