Tendering We have an experienced team of people dedicated to pricing tenders. Please provide L20 & P21 specification clauses, door elevation drawings and/or door schedule to enable us to supply detailed and well structured quotations. Technical support Expert technical support is available within the Commercial Sales team. The ASSA ABLOY Technical Guide is available upon request, detailing all standard doorset specifications. We provide full support and advice on all applicable certification and regulation issues. Scheduling Essential for the smooth running of every contract, effective scheduling is critical. Order processing and control Every order is thoroughly checked and verified against our quotation and other information supplied by the customer. ASSA ABLOY has an excellent track record of delivering on time, and overall achieve a 98% or higher delivery performance. Unwanted deliveries of confirmed orders can be held by us for later delivery. After Sales Service ASSA ABLOY is renowned for excellent quality and we pride ourselves on supplying the highest standard of products. All product is fully packaged before leaving the factory to minimise any risk of damage. Generally installation is the responsibility of the customer and should be fitted in accordance with our fitting and maintenance instructions. ASSA ABLOY Security Solutions also offer an installation service where required. Doorsets are prepared for installation and generally no further machining or joinery work is required. However, certain components will be supplied loose for fitting on site where it is impractical to factory fit. We provide specialised national coverage for all mainland UK customers in case of any complaint or site service requirement. Where justified, this is entirely free of charge. Where replacement products are required, we operate a priority manufacturing service to get these to site without the normal lead time being incurred.
