5 NEW DEVICES Integrated Security System Zirconiy S-2000 It is used as a system base to build centralized complexes for facilities of different purpose, including those located on spatial territories. The system provides for access authorization and control inside the facility, protection of facility perimeter and protection of buildings, structures, zones located on the facility territory, communication with CCTV-systems. General service connection interface simplifies connection to equipment produced by different manufacturers.

Maximum length of protected boundary is 20 km. Various detectors with volumetric zone are used. It can work together with video surveillance system for buildings and perimeters of adjacent territories. It can be integrated into systems of upper level.

11 DATA ACQUISITION AND DISPLAY DEVICE FOCUS-SM 16/32 Data acquisition and display device that displays information from detectors and connecting lines (breakage or short circuit) providing time reference, audible and light indication, made on basis of bicolour light-emitting diodes and a liquid-crystal display. Built-in control system of peripheral devices and two-level protection of input and output circuits against overvoltage, which appear at lightning discharges. It can control electromechanical locks and electric power supply. The device can be used at facilities where no regular maintenance personnel is present, since it provides for time delay mode of alarm loop activation/de-activation. It provides for short circuit protection. 13 PURPOSE & DISTINCTIVE FEATURES PAUTINA-M complex is a rapid deployable off-line mobile security alarm system. It is intended to detect intruders to terrain sectors under control. Sectors are controlled by detectors that have different physical principles of operation. Alarm and service information is transmitted via two-way secured radio channel to Central Control Panel (CCP) and Portable Control Channel (PCP); detectors are also controlled using them. Radio network of the complex is built on basis of wireless sensor networks. It is a distributed selforganizing system, tolerant to failures of separate elements. Each detector can retransmit messages from adjacent sectors. Radio network structure of the complex makes it possible to build straight-line protected sectors and local enclosed zones. When detectors are located at a long distance from CCP information is transmitted using retransmitters. Data transmission route is formed automatically (via adjacent detectors, and (or) retransmitters) by criterion of providing highest quality of radio communication. When radio interferences occur, when separate components break down, when battery cells are low due to discharge or when any other reasons arise disrupting radio communication, it causes message delivery route to change automatically, bypassing the defective sector, which is displayed at CCP.

14 PURPOSE & DISTINCTIVE FEATURES The complex makes it possible: to build temporary alarm boundaries and local controlled zones on unequipped terrain promptly; to control temporary perimeters where people, vehicles and material valuables are stationed at; to monitor in a covert way the area at remote approaches to protected facilities and to provide terrain reconnaissance; to build intrusion alarm system at facilities with no communication and power lines available; to strengthen monitoring of most hazardous sectors (for instance, when stationary alarm systems are under repair, when special security rules are imposed, etc.); to control remote facilities with no permanent human presence (valve stations of oil and gas transmission pipe-lines, power transmission towers, transforming substations and etc.).

15 PURPOSE & DISTINCTIVE FEATURES The complex provides for the following: it contains a wide range of detectors working on various physical principles; it can determine direction of intruder motion through the controlled boundary by to us and from us criterion; it provides for intruder classification: single/group/vehicle and armed/unarmed. it monitors radio communication channels, power supply sources and if components are in working order in a permanent automatic way; it requires minimum level of user training; it can be connected to outer security system via RS-485 interface; it can work together with mobile video surveillance system KIPARIS-VIDEO; it can work together with KSM-RW complex.

17 COMPONENTS Bistatic Radio-Wave Detector BSK-RWD PURPOSE: to build controlled boundaries and local zones on unequipped terrain including wooded areas and areas with thick vegetation promptly. FEATURES: when used it does not require regular maintenance (realignment, grass mowing); it provides detection properties in deep snow (0.5 m snow over the unit is allowed); it provides high noise immunity when installed in high thick grass and wooded area (including when there is no direct visibility between the units); here is detection zone behind the units (0.5 meters).

18 COMPONENTS Bistatic Radio-Wave Buried Detector BSK-RWP PURPOSE: to monitor in a covert (camouflaged) way protected boundaries on unequipped terrain (including swamp and sandy soils). FEATURES: concealed afield installation: the detector can be installed on the ground surface using natural concealment means (branches of trees, foliage, stones, and etc.) or buried into the ground at a depth of 0.1 m maximum from upper surfaces of units to the ground surface. BSK-RWP is resistant to the following noise factors: - trees and bushes within the detection zone; - solid flooding of RX unit and TX unit by snow melt water or precipitations; - snow blanket height up to 1m.

19 COMPONENTS Infrared Passive Monostatic Detector BSK-IK PURPOSE: to detect intruders in hard-to-reach terrain sectors (roads, wood trails, mountain passes, ravines, canyons, coastal areas, and etc.). FEATURES: to detect targets moving within the detection zone axis.

21 COMPONENTS Seismic Detector BSK-S PURPOSE: to build a concealed (camouflaged) protected boundary on unequipped terrain sectors. The detector is buried into the ground m deep. FEATURES: it classifies targets moving along the ground within the detection zone: single, group, vehicle ; it can be adapted to specific operating conditions by means of PCP; it can determine the direction of motion, when SSE link (seismosensing element link) is connected.

22 COMPONENTS Magnetometric Detector BSK-M PURPOSE: to detect armed intruders and vehicles. FEATURES: high camouflage level; no dead zones; installation at any ground and any terrain. BSK-M is immune to the following noise factors: - precipitations such as rain of any intensity; - grass cover of any height within the detection zone; - trees and bushes within the detection zone; - snow blanket up to 0.5 m.

23 COMPONENTS Monostatic Radio-Wave Detector BSK-RLO PURPOSE: to build short protected boundaries and to monitor areas, where it is hard or impossible to use other types of detectors promptly. FEATURES: detection zone length is adjusted via radio channel. BSK-RLO is immune to the following noise factors: - precipitations such as rain up to 40 mm/h; - grass height within the detection zone 0.2 m maximum; - continuous gradient of underlying surface up to 30º; - snow blanket height up to 0.5 m.

24 COMPONENTS Break-Wire Detector BSK-O PURPOSE: to build concealed protected boundaries of any form by means of laying a microwire and controlling its integrity. Microwire is made of double copper wire which is a sensing element. Boundary is built by fastening the sensing element on local objects at m height from the ground surface. BSK-O is immune to the following noise factors: - precipitations such as rain up to 40 mm/h; - grass of any height within the detection zone; - trees and bushes within the detection zone.

25 COMPONENTS External Device Unit BVU PURPOSE: to provide power supply, receipt and transmission of information from two detectors, which have no built-in radio modems; to switch on and off two external devices (audible and light signal devices, video cameras, and etc.) by means of relay or via RS-485 interface; to receive information from detectors with RS-485 interface by agreed protocol. Central Control Panel CCP PURPOSE: to display location of the complex components on location map (layout) in the form of pictographs, with coordinates of detectors installed and their state; to receive and display alarm and service information from detectors; to control detector operation; to provide audible alarm; to archive messages, logging time and date; to transmit information to systems of higher level.

26 COMPONENTS Portable Control Panel PCP Retransmitter RT PURPOSE: to record geographic coordinates for installation location of the complex components; to check serviceability of detectors, RT, BVU; to exchange messages and commands with CCP via radio channel; to display current messages from detectors, RT and BVU; to provide audible alarm; to define afield location coordinates of alarm response guards, by means of built-in GPS receiver. PURPOSE: to retransmit messages from detectors and external device unit to central control panel and portable control panel. When several retransmitters are installed in series, information can be transmitted up to 100 km.

28 Mobile Security System KSM-RW Purpose: to build temporary alarm boundaries and local protected zones promptly on unequipped flat, wooded and cross-country terrain; to provide ambush and search-intelligence activities; to build an additional protected boundary of stationary facilities in case of robust security regime or if main security alarm system needs repairing. Length of a boundary protected by one kit is up to 1 km; point of detection is specified with accuracy up to m. Operating time from built-in power sources is 3 months minimum. Information is transmitted to Central Panel via radio channel to a distance up to 10 km.

31 Multizone Video Surveillance System KASHTAN-VIDEO It is intended to provide video surveillance over long protected boundaries; to provide video logging of intruders within a video coverage zone in response to signals from detectors or signals from the clock timer, or when operator gives a command. The system forms local distributed structure of video surveillance in separate zones at low unit costs for its organization. Video information is transferred and system is powered over a seven-wire cable line. KASHTAN-VIDEO system can be used both as a self-contained system and as a component of perimeter complexes of technical security equipment. Maximum length of protected boundary is 20 km. Operating temperatures of the complex components is -40 to +70 C.

32 Mobile Video Surveillance System KIPARIS-VIDEO with Information Transmission via Radio Channel It is intended to provide video surveillance over remote protected boundary sectors and remote unattended local facilities; Video logging of intruders is provided within a video coverage zone in response to signals from detectors or signals from the clock timer, or when operator gives a command. Use of KIPARIS-VIDEO system makes it possible to build local video surveillance sectors with self-contained power supply and wireless transmission of information to long distances promptly and efficiently. KIPARIS-VIDEO system can be used on its own, as well as a part of mobile and stationary complexes of technical security equipment. Maximum length of protected boundary is 20 km. Operating temperatures of the complex components is -40 to +70 C.

36 Microwave detectors operating principles Microwave detectors belong to active types of detecting devices, that generate electromagnetic field of specific intensity within the controlled territory (detection zone). They also generate alarm signal in case of signal level changes at receiver input, when intruder crosses the detection zone.

59 RUBEZH-M ELECTROMECHANICAL LOCK The lock is installed on doors and wickets 20 to 100 mm thick from inside of a protected zone. It provides joint operation with Zirconiy - S 2000, Orion, Focus - SM systems. Deadbolt is thrown manually using handles from the outside and inside of a protected zone. Deadbolt is locked automatically when closed. Control sensors of crossbar position Open / Close and locking mechanism Locked / Received. Deadbolt is released remotely. It can be emergency released (locked) with a key from the inside and outside of a protected zone. All variants of installation have uniform design.

60 KORUND-EMZU ELECTROMECHANICAL LOCK The lock is installed inside rooms on wooden and metal doors of box section 40 to 100 mm thick. It can be used independently or as a part of access control systems. Deadbolt is thrown manually using handles from the outside and inside of a protected zone. Deadbolt is locked (released) automatically. Control sensors of crossbar position Open / Close and locking mechanism Locked / Received. It can be emergency released (locked) with a key from the outside of a protected zone and with a handle from the inside of a protected zone.

61 GOBY-EMZU ELECTROMECHANICAL LOCK The lock is installed inside of a protected zone on wooden and metal gates and wickets (left and right) 25 to 100 mm thick, opening inwards or outwards, single or double leaf swinging or sliding ones. It provides joint operation with Zirconiy - S 2000, Orion, Focus - SM systems. All structural elements have increased strength and resistance to corrosion. Deflection of gate leaves is balanced relative to each other during seasonal fluctuations of the ground. Deadbolt is released remotely. Control sensors of crossbar position Open / Close and locking mechanism Locked / Received. It can be emergency released (locked) with a key from the inside of a protected zone. A latch is locked automatically when closed.
