The Company has endeavored to provide the latest technology in CCTV Surveillance covering 2-way communications facility, Image Motion Detection, Sound Splitting, Multiplexing and Remote Surveillance on Telephone lines. In addition, the company has been supplying Automatic Fire Detection, Fire Fighting & Fire Extinguishing Systems, Perimeter Protection Systems and Access Control Systems. Since 2010, the company has widened its product base and is currently involved in System Engineering, Design, Supply and Commissioning of Electrical and Electronic Systems including Security Electronic Equipment and Allied Systems. 3 Our Services IVC is a System Integrator and is involved in System Engineering, Design, Installation and Commissioning of Electrical & Electronic Systems with emphasis on Security Electronics Systems such as Video Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Automated Sliding gates or Boom Barriers, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting & Fire Evacuation Systems etc. The company is committed to offer state of art electronic security equipments to Indian customers with the best price performance ratio. After the acceptance of order, the company ensures that there is no deviation from the commitment made to the customer by adhering to the principle and discipline of Zero cost deviation Zero deviation from promised quality Zero deviation in delivery schedule I.V. Communications (IVC) preaches Transparency and Integrity while dealing with its Clients besides day to day routine operation. We Undertake: I. Analysis of basic requirement of the client and Architects for various Projects. II. Discussion for the solutions as per the requirement in consultation with the Client and Architects. III. Site Visit through the Engineers to the Clients premises. IV. Preparation of: Preliminary Design, Preliminary Drawings, Preliminary cost estimates (for Study and Discussion). On approval of the preliminary Designs & preliminary drawings, the final drawings incorporating the comments of the client and architect are prepared. V. The sets of detailed drawings are submitted for approval together with Product specifications & detailed estimates. VI. Upon receipt of the approval/ comments on the detailed final drawings together with Product specification if required, the final cost estimates are submitted. VII. The supervision at appropriate level is determined taking into account the complexity of the work and the work is executed as per standards, specifications finalized with the clients. Quality checks are conducted before the work is completed as per the Commitment to the Clients and final handing over of the system is done. VIII. After the installation & commissioning, training is done for the clients operating staff. IX. Bhushan: Chairman An electronics engineer from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore with Post Graduation in Management and several years of experience in marketing, manufacturing & general management of businesses in Electronic components, Industrial & Digital Systems, Automation, Software and ITeS related services. He has headed premier national and multinational corporations in India for around 30 years and has established more than twelve projects in India with foreign collaborations with large reputed companies. Mr. Bhushan is currently Chairman of both IVC and ICCL. Rohit Kalra- Director An Electrical Engineer from YMCA Institute of engineering having a dynamic career of over Twenty Five years, reflecting pioneering experience and year on year success in achieving revenue and business growth objectives within start up & established organizations. Extensive experience in creating competitive sales & business models, evolving optimal product offerings, and creating brand salience in target markets. He started his career in 1985 as a Project Engineer with Conwell Cans India Ltd and was Pivotal in installation of Imported Can Fabrication line which was carried out at brisk pace by working two shifts a day. Was sent to W. Germany and Switzerland for one month to get training from the respective manufacturers of the different machines, in installation & maintenance of these machines. In 1988 he joined Pan Engineers, a Project Engineering company, where he was responsible for procuring and executing specialized Electrical Engineering consultancy & Contractual jobs in the field of Electronic Security Systems, electronic communication systems and AC plants. He was associated with M/S Sun Vision Securitas UMI Pvt. Ltd. as Director Marketing and Operations from 1998 till June There he was overseeing the Marketing, Business Development, Installation and after Sales Support operations of Powered Access / Material handling/electronic Security equipment. He was also responsible for Launching similar product lines, handling annual A.M.C., operations and façade cleaning contracts. 10 Sanjay Kumar : - CEO- IT (Operations) After completing his B.Sc and acquiring Professional Qualification of GNIIT from New Delhi, Mr. Sanjay Kumar has been working for more than 12 years in IT industry at different levels. This includes Program Manager (Services) in Allied Digital Services, Service Delivery Manager in Onward E Services, Mumbai and Sr. Manager (Service Sales) in Value Point Systems, Bangalore. He provided the services for large accounts like Maruti Udyog Ltd., Raymonds India Ltd., Indraprasth Gas Ltd., Globus Stores Ltd., Kuwait Airways and number of other large organizations in both private and public sectors. Mr. Sanjay Kumar has been inducted in I.V.Communications Ltd. to strengthen the IT activities as CEO- IT Operations and operates from company's Head Office in New Delhi. Rahul Ranjan Sinha: - Business Development Manager Mr. Rahul has over 8 years of experience in Marketing of Electronic Security Systems. After working as Branch Manager in Technomac Comnet India Pvt. Ltd., he worked as Business Manager in Business System India Ltd. He was associated with Honeywell Security Pvt. Ltd. As AGM- Corporate Sales and was Sales Manager in Lookman Electroplast Industries Ltd. Before joining IVC, he was functioning as Manager- Electronic Security Division in Skylark Group. Currently, Rahul Ranjan Sinha is Business Development Manager for the Electronic Security Systems.
