3 In a fire situation, our systems will prevent: 1. Ignition of the cable insulation. 2. Release of toxic fumes from the cable insulation. 3. Uncoated cables experience a short circuit after less than 2 minutes in an oil fire while cables coated with Fire Security coatings will function up to 1 hour without a short circuit. FS-1 is an in tumescent coating system that will expand 100 times its thickness under a fire. 3

The job was carried out in a very efficient and professional manor. Mr. Jan Quarsten and Mr. Ketil Bjorkaas were very professional and a pleasure to work with. We had considered replacing and rerouting the cables which would have been very expensive, and all electrical equipment related to this wiring would have been shut down indefinitely during this job. With the cable coating we were able to isolate only the wires that needed insulation repairs which your company preformed before coating any cables.
