Vibration data collection is done by ISO Cat-I/II Technicians/Engineers, whereas analysis and recommendations are given by ISO CAT-III engineers. We have 4 CAT III engineers and 7 CAT II and 10 CAT I engineers. 19 Case Study FEWA-Ajman Power plant had frequent failure of the gas turbine installed The failures were reported almost once in 6 months. Vibspectrum Intl was appointed to carry out a Root Cause Analysis study and troubleshoot the problem. Detailed vibration analysis was carried out to know the source of vibration. Vibration diagnosis showed symptoms of misalignment.
