We are an innovative partner in the development and manufacture of high-precision fuseheads, pyrotechnical components and assemblies of electrical and electronic igniters. Lab equipment includes wet chemical analysis and thermo-analytic test equipment, laser diffraction analyzers, climate chambers, ESD testers and mechanical test devices like drop hammers, friction apparatus, and more.

4 PRODUCTS HiFIRE fuseheads provide high precision and reliability in their electrical and pyrotechnical parameters, and are therefore used by preference in seismical and electronic blasting detonators for civil use, as well as in a wide range of safety applications and in the fi lm and fi reworks industry. The performance of our pyrotechnics can be adjusted from extremely high to very moderate, depending on the use and the intended effect. FUSEHEADS All products are offered in solder, weld, or crimp-ready versions depending on customer requirements. SEMI-FINISHED PYROTECHNICAL PRODUCTS We supply our products at various stages of fi nishing, to suit the customer. PYROTECHNICAL COMPONENTS Our fuseheads can be supplied overmoulded with a range of plastics to meet the highest technical requirements. The wide variety of SCHAFFLERFIRE igniters enables their use in many different areas, especially blasting detonators for civil use, safety and defence-related applications, and stage and fi lm pyrotechnics. We also design, develop and manufac - ture special products combining pyrotechnical and blasting components, in close coordination with the customer. IGNITERS Our ready-to-use igniters are available with plastic plug or metal sleeve protection for use in mechanically stressed environments. SPECIAL IGNITERS For critical applications we supply redundant solutions with a wide range of special wires. HIGH-ENERGY IGNITION ELEMENTS For technical and safety applications we supply components that supply not just ignition, but also release pyrotechnical energy.

These can be thermo-plastic injection moulded parts, metallic turned parts, pyrotechnical delay elements or to customer order. PYROTECHNICAL COMPOSITIONS We provide energetic substances in powder and granulate form for the customer-side production of pyrotechnical actuators and generators. TRANSITION ELEMENTS To round out energy cascades, we supply easily and dependably ignitable and igniting pyrotechnical delay elements with exact burning times.
