Kimiasabzavar.. Environmentally Friendly Pest Control Products Excessive levels of toxic residues from synthetic pesticides, on agricultural crops, has become a global concern and is threatening the health of consumers, all over the world. Application of long-lasting and broad-spectrum synthetic pesticides over the years, has led to considerable environmental damages, soil and water pollution, poisoning food resources, eradication of beneficial organisms and growing resistance of target pests. It is now a proven fact that many synthetic pesticides can cause severe damages to human health and lead to cancer, liver, kidney and lung damages, nervous disorders, birth defects, infertility and even death. THE NATURAL SOLUTION. Pesticides derived from nature are the best alternatives to synthetic chemicals, since they are considered practically harmless to people and the environment. Kimia Sabzavar Co. is the leading manufacturer of Environmentally Friendly Pesticides in Iran. Our pest control products contain natural ingredients such as plant extracts, minerals, soaps and edible oils. This group of pesticides, in experiments performed by Iranian Research Institute of Plant Protection (IRIPP), over the past few years, have proven their efficacy in controlling a wide range of pests ( aphids, psyllids, leafhoppers, thrips, scale insects, whiteflies, fruit flies, spider mites, snails, slugs ) and some common plant diseases ( powdery mildew, Botrytis, rust, Leaf spot..) in greenhouses, orchards and on field crops. The licenses and permits for mass production of these products was granted by The Ministry of Agriculture, Environmental protection Institute and the Ministry of Industries and the plant for mass production of these products has subsequently been constructed in Firoozkooh industrial estate, located northeast of Tehran. Our products have been certified by Biosun Organic Certifier, Iran Organic Association and Bio- inspecta as ORGANIC according to Iranian Organic Standard and EU Organic Regulation No 834 and 889. Kimia Sabzavar Co. is presently providing farmers, interested in growing pesticide-free and organic crops across the country and the region, with a variety of Environmentally Friendly Pesticides. Due to advantages such as good performance, non-toxicity and competitive cost, our products are enjoying a fast growing popularity among consumers interested in natural alternatives to toxic chemicals and we are confident that our products will prove to be an effective and popular means among growers of pesticide-free and organic crops in the near future.
PALIZIN Insecticidal Soap Active Ingredient : Coconut Soap (SL65%) PALIZIN is an effective insecticide and acaricide, which will control a variety of soft bodied insect pests (aphids, whiteflies, leaf hoppers, psyllids, soft scales,.) and mites (two spotted spider mites, citrus red mite,... ) on vegetables, ornamental plants, trees and shrubs and greenhouse plantings. Dosage and Application Interval: The recommended dosage for PALIZIN is 1.5 to 2 ml/l water which can be repeated in 3 to 4 day intervals, if required. PALIZIN is a contact pesticide, therefore, complete coverage of infested plant parts and direct contact of the solution with insects' bodies is crucial to proper control. Sepidan ( Plant Protectant ) Active Ingredient : Processed Kaolin clay (WP 95%) Sepidan is a non-toxic and environmentally friendly product based on refined and micronized Kaolin clay, which has proven highly effective in reduction of insect damage and sunburn on a variety of fruit trees such as Pomegranate, pistachios, apples, olives, oranges and many more. Dosage and Application Interval: Sepidan must be thoroughly mixed with water, at the rate of 25 to 50 grams per liter of water ( 2.5% to 5% suspension ). The suspension must be sprayed on trees to be protected, such that complete coverage of plant parts is achieved. Application must be repeated every 3-4 weeks. Addition of a wetting agent is recommended for improved coverage of leafy plants.
KALI-BAN (Agricultural Fungicide) Active Ingredient : Potassium Bicarbonate (SP85%) KALI-BAN is an effective inorganic fungicide, which will control powdery mildew on greenhouse vegetables and ornamental plants. KALI-BAN can also be used for treatment of Black Spot and Rust on roses and Grey mould on strawberries. Dosage and Application Interval: The recommended dosage for KALI-BAN is 5 g/l water, which can be repeated at 7 day intervals, if required. KALI-BAN is a contact fungicide, therefore, complete coverage of and direct contact of the solution with infested plant parts is crucial to proper control. KALI-BAN has a very low mammalian toxicity and it leaves no toxic residue on plants. Ferricol (Snail &slug bait ) Active Ingredient : Iron Phosphate 1% Ferricol is an environmentally friendly molluscicide which will control slugs and snails in orchards and greenhouses. Ferricol is harmless to humans, pets and other non-target animals. Dosage and Mode of Action: Ferricol pellets must be scattered uniformly on the ground and around the plants to be protected, at the rate of 5 g/m2. Snails and slugs are attracted to this bait, and upon feeding on Ferricol, they stop feeding on plants and their damage is stopped. They go into hiding places and die within 3 to 6 days.
KITO-PLUS ( Plant Growth Stimulant) Active Ingredient : Chitosan 25% KITO-PLUS is an organic plant Bio-stimulator, utilizing Chitosan extracted from marine crustacean shells, to aid fungal and bacterial diseases and insect suppression by producing healthier and more resistant plants. Dosage and Application Interval: The recommended dosage for KITO-PLUS is 2 to 3 ml/l water which can be repeated in 14 day intervals. MANA ( Herbal Insect Repellent Tablets ) MANA is a herbal tablet made of spices that prevent damage to stored grain and rice by repelling insects, such as Red flour beetle and Sawtoothed grain beetle. Application Directions : Two 5 gram tablets per each 5 Kilogram of stored food must be put in the storage bin or bag, before any infestation occurs. Tablets must be replaced when the smell of the spices have dissipated.
TONDEXIR (Agricultural Insecticide&Acaricide) Active Ingredient : Pepper Extract in Paraffin Oil (EC80%) TONDEXIR is an effective and environmentally friendly insecticide, which will control moth larvae, caterpillars and various insect pests (Aphids, thrips, scales, whiteflies, leafhoppers, scale insects...) and Spider mites on vegetables, ornamental plants, trees, shrubs and greenhouse plantings. Dosage and Application Interval: The recommended dosage for TONDEXIR is 2.5 ml/l water, which can be repeated at 3 to 4 day intervals, if required. TONDEXIR is a contact pesticide, therefore, complete coverage of infested plant parts and direct contact of the solution with insects' bodies is crucial to proper control. CITRAL All Season Horticultural Vegetable oil Rapeseed Oil & Citrus peel Extract Emulsifiable Concentrate (EC80%) CITRAL is an environmentally friendly horticultural oil, which can be used alone or as a synergist in combination with Palizin insecticidal soap and other Bio- Pesticides to effectively control a wide range of insects and mites in growing season and their overwintering stages ( Adults, larvae, pupae and eggs ) during winter dormancy. Dosage and Application Interval: Growing Season : CITRAL at 5 ml/l plus Palizin at 1.5 ml/l, which can be repeated at 5 to7 day intervals, if required. Winter Dormancy : CITRAL at 20 ml/l plus Palizin at 2.5 ml/l
CUPREX (Agricultural Fungicide & Snail Repellent ) Active Ingredients : Copper &Iron salts (SC25%) CUPREX is an environmentally friendly product which will protect plants by controlling fungal and bacterial diseases and also repelling slugs and slugs. CUPREX,at recommended concentration, is harmless to humans, pets and other non-target animals and can also provide some micronutrients to plants. Dosage and Application Interval : CUPREX must be diluted in water at the rate of 3-5 ml/l and sprayed on plants to be protected. Cuprex is water resistant and will not be washed off plants by rain or irrigation, but application must be repeated every two weeks on new growth and until the damage is stopped. Sabzarang (Agricultural Fungicide & Snail Repellent Paint ) Active Ingredients : Copper &Iron salts 25% Sabzarang is an environmentally friendly product which will protect plants by controlling fungal and bacterial diseases and also preventing slugs and slugs from climbing trees. Application Method & Interval : Sabzarang is a non-synthetic paint containing minerals and Inorganic salts which must be applied to tree trunks with a paint brush. First application at the initial signs of damage, second coating after 4-6 weeks. Sabzarang is water resistant and will not wash off with rain or irrigation.
Goriz ( Tree Protection Paint ) Goriz is an environmentally friendly fungicide which once painted on tree trunks and branches can control plant fungal diseases and reduce the damage caused by animals and sunburn. Application Directions : Goriz is a non-synthetic white paint containing minerals and Inorganic salts which must be applied to tree trunks and branches, with a paint brush. Goriz is water resistant and will not wash off with rain or irrigation Copper salts and sulfur control fungus and bacteria, while the bright white color of the paint reflects damaging sun rays and the unpleasant taste and smell repels animals. Separ (Animal Repellent ) Separ is an environmentally friendly product containing harmless inorganic compounds, which once applied, will keep birds and mammals from feeding on plants. Application Directions : Separ powder must be dissolved in water at 50 grams per Liter and sprayed on plants and surfaces to be protected from animal damage. Application of Separ must be repeated every 7 to 10 days during peak of animals activity and feeding. Addition of a wetting agent is recommended for improved coverage of leafy plants. Separ must be reapplied after heavy rain. Fruits and vegetables sprayed with Separ should be washed with water, before consumption,to remove any residues.
