3 coral Coral is an exterior fixture that has been designed and developed in conjunction with the design agency HOET, within the framework of the STEMproject. For this project, 5 manufacturing companies were linked to 5 designers. HOET is known from the optical device-collection for THEO, but he also developed several other objects: have a look at The conical lamp is wrapped in a plastic material that gets its natural look from the capricious, open structure which in the dark provides a wide and very effective light-spread. In daylight, the luminaire becomes part of the environment. The life that evolves out of the earth gave inspiration for the shape of this fixture Coral Textured Black (TC-L 40W) 3

4 roban gold roban moon Roban is undoubtedly one of the most talked-about fixtures from TAL. Now, we have also created a simpler version of this high-tec luminaire. Combining the parabolic reflector system with a silvered crown lamp TAL has managed to create a modern fixture, with classic warmth and light quality. Roban Gold is a member of the golden series. The housing is in textured black and the reflector is in gold, giving a warm colour appearance. To further augment this effect, we advise the use of a silvered crown lamp. 5 project Krypta Sint-Michaeliskerk (Hamburg) The crypt of the Sint-Michaeliskerk is probably the most famous crypt in Germany. The TAL team is honoured to have been chosen to propose suitable lighting for this prestigious project, where our classic Digiline profile has provided a simple solution, not only to illumination, but also to cabling and connection issues. Acting as a luminaire, cable conduit, connector housing and a carrier for the OSRAM open-loop control RGB system, Digiline also helped to minimise installation time and disruption. 6 leather - lighting TAL introduces Leather Lighting. A complete new range of exclusive illumination covered in leather. We ve linked a special campaign to the launch of this range, and built a website Leather accents have long been used as an option in interior design for their tactile and luxurious qualities. Leather Lighting takes this concept to a new level, giving the designer scope to complete the ambience. The material used for the collection is taken only from first class hides, the leather being carefully selected and strictly controlled. A minimum thickness of 1.4mm is demanded to ensure resistance to abrasion and tearing and to produce a perfect finish. Stitching of the leather is partly mechanized, but hand-finished to guarantee impeccable quality. The texture and grain of an organic material like leather means that every fixture is unique. All fixtures are available with gold or silver reflector, allowing fine-tuning of your design. The collection comprises Floor-standing, Table, Pendant and ceiling Lamp options. CAD Leather Standing is ideal as a reading lamp or to create soft atmospheres where necessary. 9 award victoria TAL proves with its fixtures every time that design, functionality and creativity go hand in hand. A beautiful example of this is Victoria. This fixture received a Design Plus Award at Light & Building in Frankfurt. Design Plus rewards innovative designs in five criteria: design quality, choice of materials, technical & ecological quality and overall conception. The central design feature of Victoria is the double sided mirror, which rotates around a central axis, allowing infinite user choice of uplight/downlight balance. The PowerLED light source is available not only in single colour, but also in combinations, giving an array of possibilities. 10 new product PROPELLAR The inspiration for this luminaire comes from the aviation industry. This isn t just light, this is a concept. The specific shape provides a special lighting accent to every project. At night, facades are brought to life with PROPELLAR. The Propellar is available in Halogen (max 3x25W) or Powerled (3x1W), for inside (textured white) and outside (silver anthracite) with a choice of various LED colours. 11 symbiosis inifera With Inifera, TAL has created a modular system with infinite combination possibilities. By linking the different components to each other, any desired effect can be achieved. The diffuser of each module is made from injection moulded polycarbonate which, together with three powerful powerled s, results in an amazing lighting effect with saturated colors. Inifera can be both wall and ceiling mounted and is also available in suspended version. Inifira is always made up of a light emitting module and a base (which is available with or without integral convertor). The base is fixed to the wall or ceiling. Up to 3 light modules can be fixed to this base. Subsequently, the electrical connection between modules and base is established. Its design is sober yet obstinate, making integration very easy in almost any interior. SPLIT is available in textured white and textured black finish.
