1 Embassy of the Republic of Croatia to the United States of America announces Public Procurement / Invitation to Tender, for Furnishing of the Official Quarters of the Embassy of Croatia Residence in Washington, D.C., and Related Work, Hereby invites interested parties to submit their lump sum tenders according to the requirements listed herein and the attached list. This is an open tender and electronic copy of it can be found at: The furniture shall be new and of appropriate quality for the Embassy Residence. Requested style of all furniture and fixtures sought in this tender is: modern/contemporary. The space that is being furnished/work performed is: modern/contemporary. Delivery address for all furniture/work performed is: 4608 Massachusetts Ave, NW, Washington DC The furniture/work destination is an inhabited residential building with connected utilities and unobstructed street access. The offer should be lump sum and should include the full and final cost to the Embassy. The cost should include the itemized unit price of all items, delivery, assembly and other work/cost related. No additional funds can or will be authorized once the bidding process has finished and bidder has been decided. All bidders shall carry a $4, contingency for unforeseen conditions in their proposal. In absence of such conditions the contingency will be paid back in full to the owner prior to the job closeout. Specified conditions of any offer should be valid for at least 30 days, starting from the last day for submission of the offer. The offers should be submitted in a CLOSED ENVELOPE no later than 5pm EST (17.00h EST) on February 6, All bidders will be informed of the procurement decision within 20 days after the close of offers.
