3 RH Style is a UAE interior design organization established by Raed Haddad with a mission to provide personalized service, unparalleled attention to details, creative designs, and high quality services. Raed brings more than 20 years of interior design experience in UAE to RH Style; in order to bring conceptual designs, implement, and refurbish interior spaces. He acted as a project manager for all his clients throughout the construction stage which involved coordinating the design on site and even managing the construction team. 5 BOUTIQUE Accent lighting adds brilliant sparkle to make items in the closet stand out and to echo the royal harmony needed. Wall paper here adds style and sophistication for an eye-catching result. Lighting is an important element in interior design, it s responsible to create the right mood, adds depth to the space, and generates the perfect harmony.

7 RESTAURANT The directional lighting here is used to create vertical beams of light as opposed to an overall glow from central light fixtures hanging from a ceiling. Including greenery to this modern space adds color and texture to the design.

27 At RH Style we manage the day to day production on projects to meet deadlines accurately; we have a proven ability to prioritize projects in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients. With an extensive knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment interior finishes, lighting, art signage, color and materials to carryout design intent. Our responsibilities include but not limited to reviewing drawings, project submittals, document compliance; communicating and coordinating with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily business operations. We Also Do: Develop project ideas, monitor and track plan progress and understand client requirements Establish project schedules, timelines and estimates of project costs and conduct feasibility project studies Create work drawings, designs, plans, models, schemes, design plans, including electrical layouts with use of Revit, Photoshop, In Design and AutoCAD Supervise work at the design stage as well as on site through to completion Source products and supervise installing the design elements. E.g. Fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes and decoration etc. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Adherence to concerns of health, safety and welfare of team members Periodical communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders and implement use of their feedback to optimize progress Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Negotiate use of resources in a matrix managed environment Perform Risk Management to minimize project risks Ensure business requirements are suitably defined, understood and signed off Coordinate all works with the client/building management and manage project reporting, project reviews and project steering meetings Ensure all projects are delivered on-time within scope and budget
