Ceiling Extended ceiling heights deliver a sense of extra space. (2700mm to low set homes and the ground floor of high set homes, and 2550mm to the first floor of high set homes, or higher AS DRAWN ON MASTER PLAN). Framing each space and adding additional detail are cornices in your choice of cove, decorative or square set options. Paint Dulux is Australia s most trusted paint brand, renowned for its quality and choice of colours. To achieve a durable and high spec finish, the three (3) coat Dulux professional paint system is applied to all internal walls. A two (2) coat paint system is applied to the ceiling and cornices to complete the clean, polished finish to your home. Bold impact gloss enamel paint is applied on all interior trims and doors, to protect these everyday surfaces. Flooring Perfectly matching floor coverings will be a feature in all usage areas; the living areas will be your choice of 600mm x 600mm glazed ceramic tiles or our Signature range of engineered timber flooring. For living areas and bedrooms, you can choose from a special Signature range of carpets. Simply browse our range to select the tile, timber flooring and carpet combination you prefer.
