15 Interior Products Doors and Doors India Pvt. Ltd manufactures fully finished, custom-built certified Fire Doors, Flush Doors and Acoustic doors with edge band of your choice. The finishes include veneer, laminate, PU coating in matt and gloss colors along with edge binding etc. All work is carried out in our factory on wood working CNC machines which include cutting, sizing, special shapes, cut outs for hinges, locks, hardware, door closers, intumescent seals, drop seals and more. All sanding work for calibration, lacquer and high gloss is done on a Hessemann Surface- Sanding Machine. The painting and PU is done in our certified paint booth with Sata Jets Spray guns. Page 15
