4 Why Us Unlike prebuilt or RTA cabinets, our cabinets are constructed from a full ¾ material on sides, top and bottoms as well as shelves. We also utilize a full ½ back in order to make our cabinetry Stronger than production cabinets and offer significantly more protection from unwanted pests. We manufacture using a variety of woods and hardware based on design and budget demands, and build using only CARB compliant woods. Your options are unlimited including In house Hand Carving. 6 Custom Hoods Get Started Hermosa woodworks can build custom hoods that can be made from any material. You can design them yourself, or use our design service to make a one of a kind piece.

7 Design We offer design services that will include 3D renderings along with scale spec drawings. Below is a sample rendering. We can incorporate all door styles and moldings into our renderings. We will provide (upon request) shop drawings for each cabinet box.

It is the utmost in strength, and has been an stylistic icon for centuries. Inset face frame construction has a 1, ½ solid wood frame that runs between each drawer front and door, unless doors are paired in order to allow for a larger opening.

14 Construction Methods Standard Euro Standard Euro is one of the most modern looks. Each cabinet has a slim reveal between each door and drawer front minimizing amount of cabinet that you see. The door hides the face of the finished end. This is the most economical construction method.

16 Construction Methods With our cabinets constructed from a full ¾ material, Inset Euro utilizes a ¾ panel fastened to the sides of the cabinet box. This can be done either with a flat panel or a panel that will match the doors of the cabinets. Panels that match the doors are customized in order to incorporate features such as crown molding.
