3 3D CUSTOM DESIGN & DRAWINGS WAITING ROOM PACKAGE Includes 5 to 8 three-dimensional designs of your waiting room (from different perspectives). What do these look like? Great question. See samples of my custom drawings on pages Your custom design will show you the following in detail: Furniture selection and placement: chairs and sofas, side and end tables, hospitality table, etc. Artwork selection and placement. Paint color selection for wall and ceiling, window and door trim, crown molding, chair rails and wainscoting (when applicable). Lighting (ceiling, table and floor lamps). Hard surface flooring and material selections (if needed). Window treatments (when applicable). 3

Water feature placement and other Feng Shui design enhancements (if desired). Biophilic design - incorporates natural materials, natural light, vegetation, nature views and other experiences of the natural world into the modern built environment. One revision to your custom drawings based on your feedback. In-person meetings or video conference calls. All furniture and design elements are selected for you based on your budget, style preferences and needs. We ll use evidence-based and holistic design principals to maximize the healing experience for your clients. 4

Your Entire Office Add-On includes the following: Two design meetings, up to 90 minutes each via Zoom, where Cheryl provides verbal design recommendations for the following: Paint color selection for walls and ceiling, window and door trim, crown molding, chair rails and wainscoting (when applicable) Furniture selection and placement of guest chairs, desks, cabinets, exam tables, etc. Artwork selection and placement Water feature placement and other Feng Shui design enhancements (if desired) 5

6 ENTIRE OFFICE ADD-ON (CONTINUED) Biophilic design incorporates natural materials, natural light, vegetation, nature views and other experiences of the natural world into the modern built environment Flooring and carpet selection (when applicable) Lighting (ceiling, table and floor lamps) Selection of decorative surface materials (i.e. laminate for countertops, etc.) Cheryl will also provide a detailed paint color map (digital and print) overlaid on your floor plan with areas showing paint color selections for each paintable surface of your office. This makes it easy to see which colors go on specific walls, etc. Simply give your color map to your contractor or painters to make things even clearer about what gets painted where. This helps avoid mistakes. 6
