31 ORDERING INFORMATION DOCKERS Footwear is guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship under normal wearing conditions. Merchandise will only be accepted for return with prior written authorization on a DOCKERS Footwear Return Authorization Form. At the time a return authorization is requested, a reason for return must be stated and approved by DOCKERS Footwear. Returned merchandise must be insured by the retailer. Unauthorized merchandise will be refused by customer care. Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of authorization date or return is void. All returns, other than defective or an error by DOCKERS Footwear, will be charged $3.00 per pair handling charge. Shoes that are shop worn, window faded and/or not properly boxed in Dockers boxes will not be accepted or credited.
