Factory applied for maximum stain protection. Door Access any room easily with the Door. Convenient 2 foot wide self closing Door swings both in and out. Available in 6 heights and any offered fabric/vinyl color, the Door can also be equipped with a Window if desired. MultiUnit Connectors required on Room Dividers to mount the Door. Panelocks When you need to utilize your Room Dividers for long term use, entire semesters, office cubicles, etc., Panelocks are the answer. State Of The Art Acoustical Panel Construction 20 Gauge Powder Coated Steel Trim 1/2 Closed Cell Honeycomb Core Nonwoven Fiberglass Facing 26 Gauge Galvanized Steel Frame Nonwoven Fiberglass Matte Fabric/Vinyl Covering FREEstanding PORTABLE ROOM DIVIDERS Tackable and sound absorbing divider panels as described herein are joined in series with full length anodized natural or black piano hinges. All panels include top and bottom 18 gauge metal trim and certain panels within each divider include 18 gauge metal legs each equipped with two self leveling zinc or black finished ball bearing casters with non marking hard rubber wheels. Casters on the 11 gauge metal end frames are lockable. All metal parts are powder painted black and both end divider panels insert into and are fixed in the 16 gauge upright of each end frame. End frame is wide at the bottom and narrow at the top for maximum stability. Divider positioning is maintained by a position control device at the apex of each hinge and the divider when folded for storage is secured by a spring loaded latch. Longest divider stores in 6.5 sq. ft. and multiple dividers can be nested to reduce total storage area. FREEstanding HEAVYDUTY DIVIDERS Includes all the same divider features, materials, and operation as described under FREEstanding Portable Room Dividers and enhanced as follows: dual wheel self leveling casters, increased metal gauges on all parts, wrap around top and bottom end frame gusset plates, and a storage latch at waist height mounted on an additional 14 gauge metal cross member support on each end frame. LIGHT DUTY SCREENS Tackable and sound absorbing divider panels as described herein are joined in series with full length anodized natural piano hinges. All panels include top and bottom 18 gauge metal trim and certain bottom panel trim parts are equipped with casters. Both end divider panels insert into and are fixed in the 18 gauge metal end frames which include 14 gauge tee legs each with two ball bearing zinc finished casters. All casters are adjustable in height with non marking hard rubber lockable wheels. All metal trim and end frames are powder painted black. Longest divider stores in 4.5 sq. ft. and multiple dividers can be nested to reduce total storage area. PORTABLE CLASSROOMS All cabinet parts are 3/4 thick solid particle board substrate with melamine laminate permanently bonded to both surfaces for stable and balanced construction. Exposed edges are PVC or Bumper T-molding. Cabinet is available in three models and two wood grain laminates. Oak veneer tambour door, hardware and trim are color coordinated to laminate color of the cabinet. Cabinet is mounted on zinc finished ball bearing casters with non marking hard rubber wheels. All hardware for connecting dividers to cabinet is custom made high density polyethylene. Solo and Single models include a surface mounted markerboard and double model has a markerboard on each side. Two WALLmount Dividers 16-6 in length and 6-0 high are standard with each Portable Classroom cabinet. The two dividers combined with the cabinet provide a total partitioning length of When folded for storage, both dividers are inserted and secured within the storage compartments of the cabinet. A set of Panelclips in three shapes is provided to secure divider panels in place when divider is used in a semi permanent position. WALLmount ROOM DIVIDERS Tackable and sound absorbing divider panels as described herein are joined in series with full length anodized natural or black piano hinges. All panels include top and bottom 18 gauge metal trim and certain panels within each divider are fit with 18 gauge metal legs each equipped with two self leveling zinc or black finished ball bearing casters with non marking hard rubber wheels. All metal parts are powder painted black and divider positioning is maintained by a position control device at the apex of each hinge. The end divider panel attached to the wall on each divider includes top and bottom spring pins to connect divider to pre-drilled wall mounted polyethylene angles. Angles are slotted to allow divider to align with floor and when the divider is folded for storage, the panels are parallel to the wall. 13 and 11 panel dividers, and all 9 panel dividers of 6-8 and 7-4 heights and all 8-0 high dividers, include an 11 gauge metal end frame with a 16 gauge upright to insert and fix the end divider panel. THREE AND SIX PANEL DISPLAY TOWERS Tackable and sound absorbing divider panels as described herein are joined at the apex by a full length three leaf black anodized piano hinge. The panels include 18 gauge powder painted black metal trim on all edges and include black finished ball bearing casters on the bottom trim. All casters are adjustable in height with lockable non marking hard rubber wheels. Custom position control locks mounted top and bottom of the hinge allow the panels to be stored in a folded stacked position or opened and fixed at 360 for display use. The displays are available in 5-9 and 6-5 heights. The Three Panel Display provides 61 sq. ft. of display surface at 5-9 in height and 68 sq. ft. at 6-5. For storage purposes, the 3 Panel Display folds to a compact 2.5 x22. The Six Panel Display consists of two Three Panel Displays joined in series by a black anodized piano hinge and custom position control locks mounted top and bottom of this hinge. The Six Panel Display provides 122 sq. ft. of display surface at 5-9 in height and 136 sq. ft. at 6-5. For storage purposes, the Six Panel Display folds to require less than 1 sq. ft. of floor space at 5 x22. Warranty & Patents Manufacturer warrants its products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and material for three years from the date of delivery. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, improper storage, neglect, or damage beyond the control of the manufacturer.
