To keep your pet s area clean and odor-free we install a proper under-drain system that works in conjunction with our grass rapid-flow backing. We also use an all natural in-infill that is brushed into the fibers of the synthetic grass. Additionally, we have developed an all natural odor control spray. 3 Choose Between Two Drainage Systems Proprietary Stone Base Shark Drain Shark Drain is our most aggressive drainage system typically used in heavy rainfall areas, terrain with less than 2% slope, indoors or ultimate odor control. Our Proprietary Stone Base is a more affordable yet, effective drainage system.

4 Topical Spray Odor Control Level 8 Turfinator is a pet odor neutralizer designed specifically for removing pet urine smells from synthetic turf and concrete. It is Bio-Degradable, Non Toxic, Chlorine FREE, Phosphate FREE and environmentally friendly 99% effective against bacteria 90% effective against mold and mildew Uric acid (found in dog urine) is seriously corrosive and quickly turns to uric crystals. Turfinator breaks down the uric crystals to begin it's naturalization process TURFINATOR is comprised of a proprietary blend of cleaners that create a chemical reaction to break down the uric acid left behind on your synthetic turf or concrete. Made up by 3 distinct biological processes that create reaction and neutralization effects, TURFINATOR will also kill odors left behind by previous products. TURFINATOR has shown promise as a broad spectrum herbicide. Effectiveness depends on the type of weed and its age. TURFINATOR is a natural weed killer and is often used in landscaping and turf management. It is not absorbed through the root system, only killing top growth. Continued application will starve the weed and it will eventually die. Diminished weed growth will be evident after several applications. TIPS TO MAXIMIZE PET ODOR CONTROL Build a sufficient slope for proper drainage run-off. Build a firm porous base, or install Shark Drain, Drainage Blanket over the base. See Landscape Grass Installation Instructions located in your password protected dealer area. For heavy use areas like Doggy Day Care Spas, rinse your turf system daily with water. Don't power wash, just rinse thoroughly using a standard garden hose spray nozzle. Use Level 8 Turfinator Pet Odor Control to disinfect turf system. For indoor pet areas we recommend our proprietary Shark Drain, drainage blanket. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any installation over concrete requires sealing the concrete with a good concrete sealer. 5 Removing Dog Hair from Synthetic Grass Saturate the synthetic turf with water. Immediately follow with a soft bristled push broom. Brush with the grain of the fibers. Fibers tend to lean more towards one direction than the other. Holding the push broom snug against your belt, start at one end and walk the broom to the opposite side. Don't use brush strokes. This should remove most of the hair.
