1 Introduction. A is a tool used to exchange ideas and information about the physical image and quality of an area. This information can be very useful in developing design concepts and community vision as part of the comprehensive planning process. We will review a number of slides in succession. Please rate the images by circling the appropriate number using a scale of -3 (less preferred) to +3 (more preferred) based on your initial "gut feeling". "0" represents a neutral response because you do not feel one way or the other about the image. Please identify with single words or short phrases features that you like and features that you dislike about the image. Community Layout.
