7 3.Technical data The MBM-100 is a laboratory machine and is suitable for milling and homogenizing soft, fibrous, hard and brittle materials in the wet and dry state. The MBM-100 have two grinding platform, grinding jars which have different materials and volume can be used. For fast, super fine milling of two samples simultaneously. The closed milling system guarantees complete recovery of the samples. Owing to the extremely short milling time and the high final fineness of the material to be milled The MBM-100 is also ideally suitable for sample preparation for all spectral analyses. Final finenesses of down to 10 µm can be achieved, depending on the milling time and the specific properties of the sample material. The optimum grinding jars filling is as a rule :1/3 of the grinding jar volume. If used the adapter, it can grinding 20~196 samples at the same time(it depends on the kinds of the adapter) Due to grinding with very short time and superfine grinding fineness, MBM-100 is the ideal choice for grinding the all sample preparation and analysis. Finally the sample size up to 10 um, this depending on the milling time and the nature of the sample material properties.
