New Buildings Version 1.2 BEAM Plus New Buildings covers the demolition, planning, design, construction and commissioning of new building project. It can also be applied to major renovations, alterations and additions. Existing Building Version 2.0 BEAM Plus Existing Buildings measures the actual performance of a building and evauates its facility management practices. The assessment covers all aspects of management, operation and maintenance. Interiors Version 1.0 BEAM Plus Interiors covers the design and construction of fit-out, renovation and refurbishment works in non-domestic, occupied spaces. Neighbourhood Version 1.0 BEAM Plus Neighbourhood is the first tool developed locally to address sustainability issues at the early stage or masterplanning stage of a project.
