4 Page 4 Tubular heating element Construction These heating elements are made using optimum grade NiCr steel sheating (other sheating material upon request) in which an evenly streached heating coil is place at the center and inbetween it and sheating is highly compacted Mgo powder which results in a very high conductivity and also ensuring good insulating properties. All the Heating elements made at our factory are passed through all the standard test and thus are safe to use. These heating elements can be bend to virtually to all practical geometry shapes and thus are considered to be the most versatile in that aspects. They are used in for some but not limited to: 1. printing machine 2. To heat dies 3. To heat barrels 4. Railways 5. Ovens 6. 5 Page 5 Ceramic Band Heaters Construction These heaters are made using high grade preformed interlocking ceramic knuckles. A heating coil is passed through the holes of knuckles and these knuckles are hold together with the spring force of the heating coils resulting in a ceramic mat which can be bent to a round shape thus accommodating the curvature of the outside sheath. These heater are thus thightened onto the barrel using the provide clamp with alen bolts. These Heaters find usage to heat barrel of plasting injection moulding machine, extrusion machine and to heat chemical flowing through the barrel. These heater can be made for virtually any diameter barrel with width ranging in steps. 6 Page 6 Mica heater Construction These heater are made by sand witching a mica card wound to it a heating resistance coil and this assembly is then sand witched between two sheet of insulating mica and this is then secured in a ss/ms sheathing. These heater can be made to almost any diameter range and length.
