1 ELECTRIC HEATING ELEMENTS Heaters for boilers These heaters are used for heating water in different kinds and sizes of boilers. Heaters are made of copper and stainless steel tubes. Copper heaters are often nickel or tin plated thus increasing lifetime of copper heaters even in hard water. Prevention of lime forming is achieved with magnesium anode and reducing surface load of heater.
2 Heaters for tanks Heaters are used for direct heating liquid media such as water and oil. They are equipped with threaded or flat mounting flanges made of steel, stainless steel or brass. Heaters are made of copper or stainless steel tubes depending on material of tank and heating media. On request we produce heaters with thermostat protective tubes and protective caps.
3 Heaters for washing machines Tubular heating elements are made of stainless steel with mounting flanges, gaskets etc. Heaters are resistant to presence of detergents and other aggressive solvents.
4 Heaters for dishwashers These tubular heating elements are specially designed for use in machines for washing dishes, glasses. Heaters are made of stainless steel resistant against detergents and other aggressive solvents.
5 Heaters for radiators These heaters are used as addition to existing heating system or in independent heating devices such as oil radiator. Heaters are used in all kinds of radiators such as tubular, cast, aluminum and panel radiators as well for towel driers. Heating element is welded on G 1/2 or G 5/4 threaded flange, other upon request. We produce specially designed cartridge heater for towel driers. Thermostat and thermal fuse are embedded inside heater, so there is no need for additional temperature regulation. We also produce different kinds of tubular heating elements for use in oil radiators, panel and marble radiators.
6 Heaters for electric cooking stoves For heating ovens in electric stoves we produce various kinds of tubular heating elements, for static air heating upper element with or without grill element and lower element and fan heating element. Tubular heating elements are made of stainless steel tubes and always are dark annealed.
7 Heaters for storage heating devices These heaters are produced as tubular heating elements and ceramic heaters. They are designed to withstand high temperatures and maintain mechanical properties. Tubular heating elements are made of stainless steel and always are dark annealed.
8 Heaters for space heating devices These heaters are used for devices for heating of smaller spaces such as rooms, bathrooms, kitchens etc. We produce several different types of heaters such as tubular heating elements for bathroom heaters with reflectors, small storage heaters, quartz heaters, suspended coil heaters for fan heaters etc.
9 Heaters for fan heating devices These heaters are used for space heating devices with fans. Heat is transferred by forced convection. We produce tubular heating elements with or without fins, ceramic heaters or suspended coil heaters.
10 Heaters for grills Tubular heating elements, bent in various shapes to allow even temperature distribution over entire surface of grill, are the most common solution for portable household grills. Heaters for grills are made from stainless steel tubes with highly oxidized surface to improve better heat transfer by radiation and mechanical strength at high temperature.
