3 PVC ABNORMAL PROFILE EXTRUSION LINE The unit is optimized in design, referring to the newest foreign technology. The unit has the advantages of even plasticizing, small velocity of cutting, high output, long service-life and so on.. The unit is composed of conical double-screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul off, cutter, foil machine, stackrack, etc. The main machine adopts the frequency changer or the silicon-controlled rectifier direct crrent velocity modulation.the temperature control meter adopts the import or the joint calital product. The vacuum pump of the auxiliary parts and hauling motor both adopt high-quality products. The maintenance is simple and convenient. The unit is also able to direct extrude artificial wood foamed profile material. The result is better than that of the single-screw extruder. 4 DOUBLE-PVC PIPE EXTRUSION LINE The production line is developed with the ninety times advanced technology of West Europe by our company. The main machine is SJSZ 51/105 or SJSZ65/132 vacuum twin-screw extruder, is equipped with double tube single-control stainless steel spraying shaper to form a production line. It avoids a waste condition when one tube is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single-control double haul offs and cutting are combined with the front shaping technology to make operation more flexible. 11 Large size PE pipe extrusion line for water supplying & exhausting and gas supply The PE extrusion line is controlled by computer. The screw uses comprehensive mixed part with belt barrier and mixed melting head. New pattern notch barrel makes good performance extruding. The extruding line is also equipped with special extruder with marking line, PE big caliber and thick wall pipe die head adopts latest spire or basket-like type technique that makes sure a stable and credible extruding. It adopts water film lubricating and hydroseal cooling system to suit for the material requirement of PE. Make sure the stabilization of diameter and round degree when producing thick wall pipe at high speed. The special designed multilevel vacuum and cooling device and especial high pressure cooling system ensure the extrusion of big caliber and high pressure degree PE pipe stuff. The hauler can be divided into three, four and six pedrail hauler according to the pipe specification. It adopts superfine speed regulating system that ensures a stable and credible operating. The cutter adopts planet cutter which has a higher automatization of computer control and longer period of maintenance. 11
