The design of the units takes into account the special requirements of industrial food preparation and storage: the shelves are adjustable according to the product range and the large sliding glass doors make the cabinet easy to use and to replenish. The doors are self-closing, so they are also efficient in keeping energy costs down. The fan-aided air circulation guarantees an even temperature and thus ensures the freshness of raw foodstuffs.
