Feet in stainless steel are adjustable up to 50 mm in height. EASY TO USE The freestanding gas solid top range is ideal for kitchens needing a flexible and powerful cooking top on static oven. It allows the chef to easily move pots and pans from one area of the cooking surface to another without the need for lifting. Single central burner with optimized combustion, maximum power 7 kw (3,8 kw on half-module surface), with flame failure device and protected pilot light. Piezo ignition. Durable cast-iron cooking surface with differentiated temperature zones provides a maximum temperature in the center of 500 C and gradually decreases to 200 C at the perimeter to allow for different types cooking (fierce boiling at center low simmering at perimeter). Pans can easily be moved from one area of the cooking surface to another without the need of lifting. Gas oven with stainless steel, tubular, high efficiency, atmospheric burners positioned below the base plate and a thermostat adjustable from 110 to 270 C. Stainless steel oven chamber with 3 levels of runners to accommodate 2/1GN shelves.
