It allows the professional caterer to create a self service area that offers the right functions and the required capacity, efficiently organising the flow of customers and service, while blending in with the rest of the furnishings.the Bain Marie units are designed to maintain, at the correct temperature, hot food in containers and to store crockery in the cupboard or space underneath. The dry heating Bain Marie range consists of models with 3, 4 or 6 GN container capacity. Complete line with curved frontal panels in cherry MATERIALS 20/10 top, external panelling and base in 304 AISI stainless steel. Completely welded construction. Adjustable stainless steel feet (up to 200 mm). EASY TO MAINTAIN Control panel equipped with easy-to-read buttons (ON/OFF, Alarm Service, HACCP,2 buttons to increase and decrease the temperature and a thermostat) that can not be accidentally knocked. Dry Bain Marie well and cupboard separately thermostatically controlled. EASY TO USE Well with rounded corners. Well dimensions to accommodate three, four or six 1/1 GN containers all with a maximum container height of 200 mm. Great reduction of energy consumption thanks to the single heating system for well and cupboard. Heated cupboard equipped with reinforced hinged doors. On request the doors can be equipped with a frame (accessory) in order to hold grids and trays. The unit can be equipped with many different kind of gantries (with stainless steel or tempered glass shelves) with or without heating lights. Flexible and suitable to all servery requirements thanks to the wide range of accessories availables. All models comply with the standards required by the main international approval bodies and are H marked.
