Water system is a copper heat exchanger - a package of horizontal, copper pipes DN15, connected with vertical collectors made of copper pipes, DN18. Heat dissipation consists of vertical aluminium lamellas, closely combined with horizontal copper pipes. They constitute a dense pipe ribbing forming numerous convection canals and a corrugated front and rear walls of the heater. Lamellas receive heat from the surface of the copper pipes. Housing parts are made of aluminum. Water flowing through the radiator is in contact only with copper. HOW IT WORKS Heating the room takes place in a mixed way: through intense, broad heat radiation from front corrugated heater surface and through convection air sucked id from below through numerous convection canals, by flowing through heater interior, when touching pipes and lamellas, warms up, and then overflows through perforated upper housing. This twofold method of heat emission, causes the air to heat evenly throughout the room. UNNIVERSAL APPLICATION REGULUS -system heaters can be used in any type of installation copper, plastic or steel. They cooperate with electric, gas and oil boiler, and can be connected to district heating system. They perfectly work with low-temperature boilers, such as condensing boilers. They are also used with heat pumps. The work characteristic in lower operating temperatures is advantageous over other types of heaters because of their higher efficiency resulting from significantly larger heat exchange surface. Heaters can be filled with water, or anti-freeze (important for cottages used periodically). It is allowed to supply them with steam. Can be incorporated into open central heating systems without losing warranty (solid fuel boilers). They find application in all segments of construction industry. The consequences of their actions are affected by a number of specific traits of their construction, of which the foremost is small mass (mass of the heater along with its water content) and relatively high heat exchange surface. The warmer the building, the greater the risk that there will be too much heat, and too much heat always means its loss. Each degree of above the interior temperature set means unnecessary heat loss of 6%, similarly, lowering the interior temperature by one degree saves its consumption by 6%. Thus, in a warm, close to passive house, the main source of heat should be controllable to the maximum extent. We should be able to turn on heating via the installed electronics, to affect the dynamics of heating or be able to completely turn it off. Underfloor heating and wall surface heating, due to their enormous thermal inertia, completely rule out such controllability. All the heat gains - sunshine, kitchen appliances, computers, simple all waste heat, has an increasing share in the heating loads of new homes. When a heat gain appears = heating stops. 9 UNDERFLOOR TRENCH HEATING APPLICATION The use of dynamic heaters built in the floor to hear rooms is a perfect alternative for surface floor heating, or the so called underfloor system. Trench heat exchangers will start working almost immediately after 2 the heating has started. The main fault of heavy underfloor systems (1 m weighs between 150 and 400 kg) is their very high initial inertia. Underfloor systems are heating even after having reached the preset temperature. Their self-regulation is a vague and slow process and a feature of any concrete floor as well. It is not possible to precisely control the interior temperature during transitional periods, when the weather changes abruptly, using an underfloor system alone. Trench heaters can heat rooms independently. They quickly respond to any demand for heat and are easy to control. Trench heaters can also serve as auxiliary heating systems - dynamic components to be used periodically, just during transitional periods. Trench heaters positioned along glazing work as a hot air curtain. They protect the room against inflows of cold air from terraces or balconies before large glazing, in entrance vestibules and halls. Trench heaters can heat selected, crucial parts of large rooms, omitting the other parts or rooms ( zonal heating). The appropriate arrangement of trenches allows us to divide the space with a combination of air curtains. The heaters placed in an underfloor heating trench do not limit the space but they are an excellent solution in heating sports venues, sacred buildings, antique houses, commercial premises, exhibition salons, car showrooms and other facilities where the vital aim is, apart from the heating function, to maintain good visibility through display windows. Heating trench is covered with open-work wooden or metal aluminium platform. It's in entirety even with floor level. The only visible element of heating trench is aesthetic platform. This system is most often used along large glazings, as well as in those places, where there is no room for traditional radiators, and comfort and effective heating is important. You can use a unit with a fan, a shorter and shallower to obtain the same heating power as in a convective trench heating unit. This kind of trench heating units can be more easily arranged in interiors with complicated shapes and high aesthetic requirements. The air movement produced by a fan heater ensures a comfortable distribution of temperature. A quietly working fan ensures appropriate comfort of use. 11 Aluminium platforms Aluminium platforms are painted silvery pearl or another colour (according to RAL palette) as requested by the customer, at no extra charge. Pure aluminium platform without lacquer is also available. Transverse aluminium platform, Roll, RAL 1036 Pearl Gold (Desert Storm) Longitudinal aluminium platform, Fix, RAL 3001 Another method for coating aluminum platforms is the anodic oxidation. Both platform and distances are subject to anodizing. There are five colour options available. C-0 natural C-32 champagne C-34 brown C-35 black C-45 inox Wooden platforms Wooden platforms can be made of oak, beech or ash. In the standard version, the platform wood is impregnated with a transparent varnish solution. Platforms can also be made of not impregnated wood (to be requested in the Purchase Order). Wooden platforms come in the Roll version only. The offer covers two designs: designs bone and slat. The distance between the rungs is: 17 mm in the bone design and 11 mm in the slat one. Distance sleeves for the slat platforms are made of aluminum painted beige (RAL1001) in the standard version. Upon customer request, the platform sleeves can be painted another colour of the RAL palette or can remain unpainted. Wooden platform bone Wooden platform slat - Recommended for use in residential buildings, these platforms will perform well in regional-style, antique and classical interiors. - Can be matched up to any type of wooden floor and paneling.
