8 Comfortable Handling Control of temperatur produced by the unit! The continous regulation of air volume garanties that the temperature going into the room never falls below 35 C at all times! Thus, no cold air comes into the room during start-stop phase a major problem with conventional indirect fired heating systems

9 Comfortable Handling Status and operation hours Informationen on status and operation hours are being displayed. Service Intervalls are being calculated based on operation hours!

10 Comfortable Handling Very Silent operation A special computer-optimized air-intake reduces noise considerably! By restricting air volume in SILENT Modus, noise can even be reduced further.

11 Comfortable Handling Oil- and tank-status Via an optional sensor, the tank content can be displayed in %.

12 Comfortable Handling Based on target temperatur, the unit regulates burner (2-stage) and ventilator (either continuous or 2-stage) automatically to improve comfort and to reduce consumption The room temperatur fluctuates much less than with conventional direct fired heating systems. Warm air is moving continuously into the room without any fluctuation of air volume. Reduced burner-on/offs reduce energy consumption and emission.

14 Comfortable Handling The regulation-system allows for intergration of further heating units for more kw per location! A second heating unit can be integrated (no digital management in that case). The second unit is being adressed via the room thermostate.

15 Comfortable Handling Additional functions The display can be locked to prevent unauthorized use. A Silent Mode -option reduces the maximum speed of the ventilator, for lower noise of the unit in case of need.

16 Comfortable Handling Error-Information shown cleary All error-information is being shown in in well understandable text. The system gives an error-history. Reduction of service cost: Users can state clearly any malefunction of the unit, and rentors can judge the situation better. Service tours can be planned better. Time of service jobs can be reduced The right spare parts can be carried on service jobs.

17 Increase of comfort: heating and climatization The unit heats, when actual temperature is below target temperature. The unit ventilates, when actual temperatur is above target temperature e.g. if a hall or tent is under direct sun in spring or autumn e.g. in case of more people in a hall or tent during an event, thus increased temperature. Now could air being moved into the room when the unit shuts off!

19 Efficiency Increase = Reduction in energy consumption The exact regulation reduces burner starts and stops by 30%. Thus, oil consumption of the unit is up to 20% lower than of conventional direct heating systems! Further, the 400V compact-ventilator of Ziehl Abegg is being managed by a frequency converter, thus further reducing enery consumption, despite high air output of 12600m³/h, at 230 V.

21 Remote control The integrated SPS + module offers presentation of all information on an office computer or mobile phone always and in real time! Further, the geographical position of the unit can be monitored. Target temperatures can be changed remote! And the unit can be shut-off from any office computer in case of need.
