The production line includes coating, cutting and packing machinery for the making of adhesive tape and other specific materials to be rewound on rolls. TECNICOL S.p.A. absorbed by GUZZETTI in 1992, manufactures coating and laminating lines for the adhesive tape industry and other machines such as winders, unwinders and slitters for the converting of packaging flexible materials. Today the company plays a leading role in the specific fields of coating for self adhesive tapes production as well as for the fields of food and medical packaging film, pallet-wrapping stretch film and diapers film. 3 Technical office It is provided with modern and efficient equipment which represents the heart of the company. Over the time, the technical department has developed and widened thanks to the sources that the company has put at its disposal to promote the growth: new workstations more and more updated, refreshing courses with companies and suppliers working in the same field. Producing cycle control Data processing system with line connection of all company departments by means of common and specific software, assuring the whole managing and producing cycle control. Quality control center The quality control system checks carefully all the components and a lot of mechanical parts coming from external workshops. The constructor himself assures the accuracy to the constructive drawing with a dedicated certificate for the other parts. Assembly and trials All works of assembly and equipping of the electric, pneumatic, oleo dynamic, etc. systems are done by highly qualified technicians. When the job is finished it will be at Customer Assistance Service charge who will take care of the test run and delivery.
