Our models come with up to 70 different cooking programmes, and weight automatic cooking and defrosting. See p64 for full details on the differences between our combination models. Steam ovens Our two steam and two CircoSteam oven options are designed to be built into kitchen furniture, either alone, or combined with other Neff stainless steel cooking appliances. Steaming is recognised as one of healthiest ways of cooking food, as you don t need to use any fats and all the natural goodness in vegetables is retained. Our steam ovens are clever they have integrated touch control operation with variable temperature settings, and you can even steam food from frozen. They are perfect for people wanting a healthier lifestyle or watching their weight. CircoSteam ovens are incredibly fl exible and provide the opportunity to combine cooking by steam and conventional cooking at the same time providing fantastic results. ovens A great time and labour saver, no kitchen should be without a microwave oven. Whatever time day or night, you can whip up a meal in double quick time, using very little energy. Neff microwave ovens are all fully fi tted so they really look the part in your kitchen. Warming drawers These not only heat up your plates before you serve up, they also keep your food warm until you re ready to eat. A useful addition to any cook s armoury, it can also be used for preparing yoghurt, defrosting delicate foods, proving dough, and melting chocolate. Accessory drawers New additions to the Neff collection, these small accessory drawers N2H0 allow you to create symmetry whilst giving additional storage space. Coffee centre The ultimate built-in appliance for the coffee lover. The Neff Coffee centre gets you from bean to cup in the touch of a button, for the freshest coffee imaginable. When you re combining them in a built-in kitchen unit, it s important to consider height and positioning so you can use both appliances safely and easily. See our advice on combining appliances on p78-8 for more information. Choose from a range of fi nishes to create the ultimate, fl exible kitchen. Our compact appliances are designed to work together seamlessly and simultaneously, increasing your cooking options and extending your horizons in the kitchen. There are now a number of appliances which sit perfectly together to create a wall of Neff appliances. Pictured on p2-3, you can see how the CircoSteam combination oven, Coffee centre and single oven with SlideAway door have been standardised in terms of aesthetics and sizing, to give a streamlined look when positioned together. Changes to the fascias of Neff SlideAway door ovens and compact appliances mean that there are a number of appliances, which now sit perfectly together (In-Line Collection), either by combining compact appliances together or in conjunction with SlideAway door single ovens. Oven models featuring the SlideAway door have a smaller bevelled glass fascia panel and therefore sit perfectly with a range of compact appliances. Energy s only use about kilowatt of energy per hour compared to 5 kilowatts in many conventional ovens. Time ovens will save time in the kitchen. If you need to defrost something quickly or speed cook a dinner course, they re the ideal solution. Finishes All Neff compact appliances are available in stainless steel. Some combination oven microwaves and microwave ovens are available in different fi nishes from white to black so you can choose one that suits your kitchen. See individual descriptions for full details FAQ Can I have a warming drawer under my oven? Yes, all Neff single ovens and compact appliances can have a warming drawer directly underneath. Can I roast a joint in a combination oven microwave? Yes, a perfect roast in a fraction of the time. The combination oven microwave uses microwave technology and traditional cooking methods to give you the best possible result in the shortest possible time. Is there an easy way to judge defrosting times? Most of our microwave oven and combination models have automatic defrosting programmes. Popular menus and foods are pre-programmed into the oven. All you have to do is put the food in, select the appropriate programme and weight and the appliance will automatically select the correct power level and defrosting time. Always check food is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. Can I position compact appliances side by side? We have ensured that most of our compact appliances are in the In-Line Collection (see above) and are designed to be positioned together

4 Cooking with your Neff combination oven Series 5 Multifunction oven with microwave C67P70 Our versatile compact appliances are designed to make your kitchen work harder. Our multifunction ovens with microwaves, for example, can stand in as a second oven or be used to reheat previously cooked meals from frozen. oven or combination oven/ microwave You ll notice that there are 3 types of microwave and oven combination appliances in the Neff range. They are:. ovens As the name suggests, conventional microwave ovens use microwaves to cook food. It s a very fast and versatile system of cooking, perfect for heating ready meals, cooking from frozen, or defrosting food at any time of day or night. We have now introduced a Quartz grill on the new C54L70 and a right hinged model C54R70 to provide even greater fl exibility. 2. Multifunction oven with microwave The C67P70 and C67M70 are ovens with an integrated microwave. They can mix the functions of both, with the emphasis on the traditional oven heating elements when you see inside, it looks like a traditional three shelf oven. This is a great choice if you want to use oven functionality but with the added benefi t of speed that the microwave function will give you. The new C67P70 now also has a pyrolytic cleaning function. 3. combination oven The C57M70 is fi rst and foremost a microwave, but has hot air and grill functions to recreate traditional cooking results. This means they will produce food that looks like it s been cooked in a normal oven, but do it much more quickly. This is ideal if you use a microwave a lot but want that oven cooked look. Cooking times If you re in a hurry, microwaves are an asset to any cook, but cooking times vary depending on a number of factors. If food is dense a piece of meat, for instance it will take longer to cook than something porous like a cake. Chilled food takes longer to cook than foods at room temperature. The more food you put in a microwave the longer it takes to cook, and the shape and size of the food may also affect the length of time it needs in the microwave. Power levels All Neff microwave ovens have fi ve power levels. In general, high power is used for reheating liquids and cooking vegetables, and lower settings for baking, roasting, defrosting and keeping foods warm. Turntable A turntable in the base of the oven rotates through the microwaves to make sure they re evenly distributed. Stirrer facility A metal fan in either the roof or bottom of the cavity which evenly distributes the microwave energy in the oven. Memory programme Neff microwaves can be programmed to run up to three power settings or timings consecutively. Recipe memory programme You can programme your microwave to remember one power level and cooking times of your most frequently used settings. Weight automatic cooking and defrosting facility When you enter the type of food you re cooking and how much it weighs, your microwave will automatically calculate the most suitable power and time for you. InnoWave technology Inverter technology is used to regulate the microwaves inside the oven. This results in a more consistent, precise level of power, allowing food to be cooked faster and more evenly. Energy consumption can be reduced by up to 5%, and cooking times reduced by up to 0%

5 Warming drawers Large warming drawer N22H40 Steam cooking Series 5 Steam oven C47D42 Warming drawers are a must have for the serious cook. They re useful and versatile, and will not only help you with the preparation and timing of your meals, but also are ideal for defrosting delicate foods. Once you start using a Neff warming drawer, you ll wonder how you ever did without one. Easily accessible on smooth telescopic runners, it ll not only warm your plates before serving up, but keep pre-cooked food warm for you. Which is perfect if a guest is running late, or you re trying to get different elements of a meal together. As well as warming, they can be used to defrost delicate foods, melt chocolate, make yoghurt, and prove dough. There are two sizes available, one is 4cm high, which holds six international place settings; the other 29cm high, which holds twelve international place settings. They are available with co-ordinating bevelled bar handles to match Neff ovens and the small warming drawer is also available without a handle (N2H45). They re easy to install and designed to co-ordinate with any single oven or compact appliance. And you ll fi nd the heated ceramic glass base plate is easy to clean, so spillages wipe off really easily. Co-ordinating accessory drawers to provide additional storage are now also available (N2H0). With healthy eating high on everyone s agenda, steam cooking has become an increasingly popular option in the kitchen. Our latest advanced steam combination CircoSteam ovens C47C62 (with Revolution handle) and C47C42 allow you to combine hot air cooking and steaming at the same time. This means you can prepare all sorts of foods bread, meat and fi sh, for example keeping them beautifully moist on the inside, but satisfyingly crispy on the outside. There s also standard steam ovens C47D42 and C47D22 which can be mixed and matched with other Neff compact cooking appliances. Neff steam ovens will cook meals that not only taste good, but are good for your health. As well as sealing in all the vitamin and mineral content of fresh food, steaming also preserves natural fl avours, so less salt is required. Wonderfully easy to use and clean, they re versatile and highly energy effi cient too, able to cook a whole range of fresh meals at low temperatures. Of course, our steam ovens feature Neff s distinctive styling and stainless-steel fi nish, so they ll co-ordinate perfectly with the other Neff appliances in your kitchen. Option Compact appliance Single oven Small warming drawer In smaller kitchens, this combination of a single oven with a compact appliance and small warming drawer provides full functionality in minimum space. This option includes installing one of the two CircoSteam ovens C47C62/ C47C42 which support healthy eating by steam cooking as well as achieving fantastic results for cooked meats and cakes. Option 2 2 x Large warming drawer Our large warming drawers can hold up to 2 place settings and are invaluable when you are entertaining or cooking for the family. Further oven capacity is also supported by the Multifunction oven with microwave whilst the Coffee centre provides the perfect cup of coffee at the touch of a button. Option 3 (over page) Single oven Compact appliance Small warming drawer The single oven B45E54 features a SlideAway door which fi ts neatly underneath to provide easy access to the inside of your oven as well as extra space in your kitchen. With a full size oven capacity of 58 litres, this appliance sits perfectly next to the C67M70 Multifunction model with microwave and small warming drawer. Please be aware that for this type of side by side installation, a single oven with SlideAway door must be used.
