1 The BIB range: 301 Pro, 603 and 603 Reverse Introducing the latest breakthrough in soft ice cream and frozen yoghurt machinery. The machines in this range use the most up-to-date electronic system that controls each stage of ice cream production. Electronic Features Fully adjustable pressure: This alters the amount of air (overrun) in the product and the speed that the product is dispensed enabling it to be more efficient for advance users or slower for customer self-service. The 603 model allows you to independently control the pressures for each side. This allows the user to make speciality products like lemon top and ice cream or raspberry sorbet and dark chocolate ice cream. This feature is also ideal for establishments that serve both milkshakes and standard soft ice cream. Highly accurate electronic consistency control: This ensures that your product is always the same; from first cone to last. The 603 model has independent consistency control on each side, this allows different products to be produced that need different amounts of freezing. You can set the machine to automatically go from storage (overnight mode) to production (making the product) and vice versa automatically at a set time, ensuring your peace of mind. On the 603 model you can turn one side of the machine off in low season to save on energy, cleaning and waste. The 301 BIB Pro model has a function for low season that converts the bottom cabinet into a fridge, to make the machine space useful even when it's not making a product.
2 The Swiderski setting: This is a special feature for a type of ice cream popular in Japan and Poland. It allows the user to produce huge cones without them falling off the cone. Variable beater speed: The 301 BIB Pro model has a unique feature that allows the user to change the speed of the beater. This feature allows fine tuning of the freezing effect. Cone counter: All of the machines in the BIB range have built in cone counters, this enables the owner of the machine to keep track of how many have been sold and trends in the market. Electronic cleaning program: The electronic cleaning program takes the user by the hand and tells them step by step how to 'easy clean' the machine each week. This ensures that the cleaning routine is not overlooked and is easily completed by all. Patented technology 3X Beater Blades: The 3X beater blades are used on the whole range of BIB machines. It is made up of a stainless steel housing with three replaceable scraper blades that self-adjust as they wear, a counter beater that helps blend the product with air better and an end terminal that it extremely effective in pushing the product towards the extraction point. The reason this kind of beater has been chosen for this machine is that it only ever wears on the cheaper, replaceable parts. The 3X has also been used to avoid excessive wear during the 'easy clean' process that uses hot water that would otherwise damage the barrel and beater. BAG-IN-BOX:
3 This system allows the user to use to a pre-packaged mix directly from the container to the machine. This feature is excellent for companies that rent machines for free and have the income based on the user selling the company s product. It is a very difficult system to 'cheat'. Direct expansion cylinder: This is a unique freezing cylinder, it allows the freezing gas to travel as close to the product as possible, spreading it across the whole internal surface of the cylinder. This saves energy and freezes the product as quickly and uniformly as possible. C1M: Cleaning once a month. Due to the unique pump system used on the BIB range, the BIB only needs to be fully disassembled once a month! This saves hundreds of pounds a year in staff wages or personal time cleaning. Dialog: This is a built in system that uses a modem to allow the user to keep track of their machine and sales, allows us and IceTeam1927 in Italy to remotely assist the user, monitor the machine and upgrade the system with the latest machine features from anywhere in the world! TC board: IceTeam 1927's own in-house software, with free memory slots for remote updates and upgrades of the machine. Inverter: The inverter is used on the 301 BIB Pro, the main feature of this technology allows the user to run the very high powered machine on a standard 13amp socket or a small (only 5.5Kva) generator. This makes it perfect for mobile units. The other features of this allow the user to change the speed of the beater, it also uses much less electricity overall making it more eco-friendly and cost-effective. Mixer in tank:
4 This is an option that is available for speciality products such as sorbets using pure fresh fruit, yoghurt mixes and very dense products. Double and independent motors: Improves the production and allows adjustments in the freezing power independently for each side of the 603 BIB. This also lets you turn off one side of the 603 during low season. Chimney system: A cooling system that exits from the top to save space in the shop and ensures that cooling is not compromised by neighbouring machinery or countertops. Peristaltic Pump: This pump is what sets the BIB range above the rest. Electrofreeze owned the patent to the peristaltic pump, knowing that this pump is the only pump to be able to use the 'easy cleaning' system; pump small solids and have minimal maintenance costs. IceTeam 1927 bought Electrofreeze and developed the BIB range using this pump. The peristaltic pump system is the same system used in hospitals for pumping blood during dialysis. This proves its performance is second to none. Pump maintenance: A small, cheaply replaceable section of pipe is the only part that wears during use. We recommend that this pipe is replaced yearly. No grease is needed within the pump, this makes the 'easy clean' possible without having to dismantle the pump. This pump is the only pump available on the market for soft ice cream machines that doesn't begin wearing away the moment you start using it. This ensures a consistent product at all times. Cleaning: C1M: The 'Easy Clean' Feature
5 This feature lets you save almost all of the remaining mix in the system. Cleaning Process: Firstly replace the mix container with a larger container that is filled with hot water and run this through the system. This flushes all of the mix from every crevice of the machine. You then add sanitiser to the hot water to sterilise the system. A final flush of hot water is used to get rid of any traces of the sanitiser. Finally the dispensing head is removed to lubricate the piston (the only part needing disassembly). Once a month a full disassembly of all parts is necessary. With fewer parts to most other machines on the market, this is also an easy process. All the parts are dishwasher safe so no hand washing is required. Unique Products the machine can produce: Gelato is really taking off in the U.K marketplace.
