INLET The Bry-Air Victory Series dehumidifier is non-cyclic, rotary type which dries air by the process of continuous physical adsorption, the simplest and most direct method of humidity control. The desiccant used by Bry-Air is non toxic, non inflammable with maximum moisture removal capacity. SUPPLY AIR INLET SUPPLY AIR FILTER ROTOR The moisture is adsorbed in the dehumidification sector by the slowly rotating fluted, metal silicate desiccant synthesised rotor and is exhausted in the reactivation sector by a stream of hot air in a counter flow. Following the reactivation process, the adsorption sector is again ready to adsorb the moisture. Thus, the two processes of "moisture adsorption" and "reactivation" takes place with separate airflows continuously and simultaneously. Positive sealing between chambers prevents mixing of the process and reactivation air stream. In the additional purging sector of the rotor, the regeneration air absorbs rotor heat before passing the regeneration heating, so that less energy is required to reach the final regeneration air temperature and the rotors regeneration improves.
