3 GETINGE SAVE TIME AND UTILITIES Getinge 9027 has several features that can reduce process times and consumption of utilities! Process times can be less than 20 minutes, and many different types of bulky items can be accommodated in one and the same machine. The result is a substantial improvement in efficiency and economy in your department. Getinge 9027 will reduce your operating costs and contribute to time savings in three ways: High heating power This shortens the heat-up time considerably. Lateral rinsing system This enables cleaning and disinfection of virtually all types of bulky items in the Getinge Fast and efficient drying The effective distribution of air in the chamber dries items in a short time. The washer uses an air-to-air heat exchanger for condensation of outgoing air and recovery for heating incoming air. Short payback time A great deal of cleaning today is done manually work that uses up valuable staff resources. Efficiency is significantly increased by washing in a Getinge 9027 washer-disinfector. Various costing models show that the investment can be recouped in as little as two years. This know-how has resulted in several innovative solutions in the development of the Getinge With the Getinge 9027 we have created a cart washer with good cleaning, disinfection and drying based on the well-proven technology from the Getinge 9100-series. For our users this means reliability and efficiency in their daily activities, with fast processes and superior results combined with simple and ergonomic operation. Shallow pit and small sump. PACS 3500 control system The processes in Getinge washer-disinfectors are safeguarded by the PACS 3500 control system. The system has many built-in safety functions and monitoring options, which assures satisfactory results every time. As a user, you are on familiar ground from Getinge's sterilizers and other washer-disinfectors. Lateral washing system and multiple drying ports. Low water consumption Thanks to a new washing system and smart washing programs, our flow engineers have managed to bring water consumption down to levels that in the past were barely thought possible. Optional floor tilt reduces drying time. Fits into most pits The shallow pit means that the Getinge 9027 can be installed in most buildings without any problem. In addition, the shallow sump holds little water, thus minimizing water and detergent consumption and reducing heat-up times. The Getinge 9027 can in many cases easily replace your old cart washer.

5 GETINGE Lateral rinsing Makes possible internal and external cleaning of all types of items. User-friendly panel thanks to Getinge's plain-language display. Parallel jet spray manifold system The parallel jet spray manifold of the Getinge 9027 oscillates in a sweeping motion to reach all surfaces and to strip away soil. Eight parallel pipes on each wall are fitted with eight nozzles each, providing complete and constant coverage from floor to ceiling. This tested design yields excellent washing results and constant nt temperature in the chamber thus disinfection is assured. Each manifold nozzle is easily removed ed with a simple quarter-turn. Storage tank A storage tank for reduction of detergent ent and water consumption and cycle times is also available as an option. Outstanding drying system The drying air passes through the air-toair heat exchanger before entering the chamber through multiple entry ports. The turbulent air conditions reduce the drying time to a minimum and decreases the energy consumption considerably. The heat exchanger also works as a condenser er of the exhausted drying air. No cooling water is needed! Glass door Makes it easy to inspect the process. Flat floor The fl at fl oor facilitates loading of the various types of carts.
