2 UniWash The tensionless washing machine Arioli has been manufacturing open width continuous washing machines for more than 40 years. Due to its geographical location, near Como, the world excellence textile city, Arioli has always dedicated major attention to the tensionless cloth transportation system, because of the high quality of delicate fabrics always manufactured in the area. UniWash Tensionless Washing Range has multipurpose applications in the following fields: Preparation of knitted and woven fabrics; Scouring of Jersey and Wool; De-sizing of Synthetic Knits; Wash off after Printing; Boil off after dyeing; Relaxation of elastic fabrics. Main advantages Maximum delicacy also on the most difficult fabrics Acquajet system, world famous and unique for the very high flow of recirculated water, is the only existing device that solves the harshest washing problems even with the most challenging fabrics. Thanks to the water blade flow regulation and the special fabric transport system, that minimizes tension, high washing performance and transport smoothness are obtained. Modularity and regulations Arioli washing lines are composed of independent tanks allowing the insertion of additional elements according to different needs. Modular tanks are equipped with: Automatic regulation of the water flow, with multiple control of the parameters (in-out, temperature, water renewal and recirculation); Automatic dosing (chemicals and soap); Automatic adjustment of the fabric tension (both along the line, and independently on the single tank); Load cell and synchronization dancing bar; Ph control; Automatic cleaning filter. Relax tank Cat3/Cat5 Designed with special technological features and equipped with innovative solutions to improve the washing action, our unique relaxing tank is equipped with: 2 driven conveyor belts, needful to oblige the fabric to remain in complete immersion and be processed completely under the water level in order to assure a very uniform result; Expanding device on each fabric side and dogal centering unit; High fabric capacity (up to 500 m). 3 Uni11 tank When DELICACY and WATER POWER meet innovation Two water blades Squeezing padder system kg Drum with appropriate diameter, coated with vulcanized rubber. Set of load cells for fabric tensioning and drum synchronization with padder of the previous tank Expander and centering group Consisting in a set of driven inox adjustable expander rolls, located on both sides of the fabric, and by a motorized dogal centering device equipped with sensor on the whole width of the fabric. 4 Special accessories for UniWash Set of water blades Placed on the front and on the back side of the fabric, used as a forced water jet recirculation element. Perforated open drums Two driven stainless steel perforated drums (770 mm Ø) driven by an inverter controlled gear motor, useful for transporting the fabric in tensionless mode. Thanks to the large diameter of the drums in the tanks, the fabrics are easily treated, even the most delicate such as Lycra and knits. Made of micro-sheet metal net, useful to capture and eliminate any impurities left by the fabric that cause pollution of the bath. Countercurrent system The last tank of the line is equipped with pneumatically controlled valves which allow, after the introduction of clean water, the evacuation of excess bath water that can be discharged and removed as waste or retrieved in the first tank of the line. Squeezing padder system kg The lower cylinder is driven by means of an inverter controlled motor, while the pressure cylinder is driven by pneumatic pistons. Pump fitted with valve for each chemical product used. Ergonomic and intuitive operator panel All the operative functions are automatically controlled by means of an external touch screen set-up, comfortably showing effective values and able to store up to 100 different washing recipes.
