Dispenser (some units include a Hoshizaki ice machine) Bag-in-box rack system Carbonator Water Bundled tubing Installation kit Professional installation by factory trained service providers is available for a fee everything from getting the unit and accessories out of the box to making sure they are operational (i.e. setting up BIB racks, dispensing unit, carbonator and running lines). Lancer and its network of factory trained service partners can customize a reactive service and/or preventative maintenance program to fit your specific needs. On Demand/Reactive Service: immediate dispatch of factory trained service partners that will repair your equipment in one trip within a reasonable time frame Planned Preventative Maintenance: custom designed program for all beverage equipment with frequency and criteria specific to your business and equipment demands from simple evaluation of equipment to actual cleaning, calibration and staff training Water Filtration Auto Ship Program: filter cartridges should be replaced every 4-6 months based on regional water quality. A pre-determined schedule removes the scheduling burden from your managers Installation/Maintenance Assumptions (continued next pg): All equipment and accessories must be shipped to the location or the Service Provider at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled installation The correct power source and plug must be within four (4) feet of the location where the equipment is to be installed! 2 Installation/Maintenance Assumptions (continued): An available water source (when applicable) must be within six (6) feet of the location where the equipment is to be installed The installation site must be prepared prior to the Service Provider s arrival If the installation includes activating the system and setting the ratios on valves the appropriate product must be on site In addition, we will meet these standards for all work performed: The installation must be completed by the agreed upon scheduled date, unless rescheduled at the operator s request in a reasonable time frame All work will be completed to the satisfaction of the local site manager Each installed unit will be thoroughly tested to meet all manufacturer standards On-site personnel will be briefed on the operation and care of the unit All Serial Numbers will be recorded and documented Additional charges may occur if the above assumptions are not met, if the Service Provider is not allowed on the site, or if the equipment is damaged due to shipment, abuse, neglect or misuse. Kit also includes single line beverage tubing for the carbonator, regulator, syrup pumps and water hook up. Simply add a CO 2 tank, connect the tubing between the dispenser and rack assembly, add syrup and you re ready to serve! Welded incline rack assemblies have CO 2 inlet lines, syrup lines, bag-in-box connectors, secondary regulators and syrup pumps mounted on the rack. Inclined rack shelves are 12" high and designed for gravity feed BIB boxes. Due to the incline, boxes must be placed horizontally. The 2-wide shelf is 27" wide, and 3-wide is 39". Some syrup bags have an internal tube to help empty the syrup, therefore the boxes can lay flat rather than inclined. Vertical flat shelves are easier to load and allow BIB boxes to be placed on their narrowest side which maximizes storage capacity while minimizing the storage footprint - a great way to save floor space! The 3-wide vertical shelf is only 28" wide, and 4-wide is 39" wide.
