Air handling units are produced according to EU1253/2014 for non-residential; EU1254/2014 for residential and EU directive 2009/125/EU for electrical components. Air handling units produced by TANGRA are available in version with increased hygienic characteristics according to VDI 6022 and DIN These units are produced with casing based on HYG40 and HYG60 profiles and panels. Bottoms are made of stainless steel with 3D condensing vanes. 11 Software TANGRA HVAC Academy TANGRA has wide experience in design, production, delivery and installation of HVAC equipment. In striving to optimize our work, we constantly develop software tools for precise calculation and easy selection of different components for ventilation systems. We provide these supporting tools to our partners, engineers and customers free of charge for desktop or online use. Based on the years of experiencs and constant desire for improvement, the team of TANGRA has developed its own HVAC Academy. New products and individual solutions, technical details and recertifications, changes in the legislation, knowledge and skills refinement are justa a part of the targets and ideas for presentation in theacademy. 12 NOTES: TANGRA Service: Following our motto: With care for your comfort! our well trained experts will guide you through every step of your project or business need - from developing of an assignment, preparation of financial-economic analysis between possible solutions, constructive documentation, production, delivery and installation, commissioning, hygienic checks under VDI6022, monitoring and precise setting up, maintenance and repairs, consultancy and retrofitting. Consultancy TANGRA team provides visits to the site, capturing and analyzing of all possible solutions. We present the investors and architects different HVAC proposals and discuss the criteria for selecting the correct solution. Comparable feasibility check with technical-economical analysis including life cycle cost on different systems including energy efficiency is offered to investors. Commissioning TANGRA has specialized installing department for project execution in Bulgaria and installation supervision or chief installation for partners abroad. The team can provide all the needed services and take care of the responsibilities for organizing supplies of elements and systems, executing the mechanical works, according to a schedule, providing on-site tests and integration of the HVAC systems with the building management system (BMS). Startup and precise tuning after all construction and installation activities are also provided by TANGRA installation team. Monitoring We provide our air handling units and systems with TANGRA smart control, which allows us remotely to monitor and tune the parameters of your system in order to assure optimized system performance. Maintenance TANGRA provides warranty and after warranty service and maintenance of ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems and equipment, as well as local extraction and gas heat pumps. Company s service and maintenance teams are focused on regular preservation of the reliability of HVAC installations. Our experienced specialists are on customer s disposal 24/7 on hot line.
