5 Hamilton County Garden Network The HCGN was created in 2017 to build community among gardeners and community garden participants and leadership. The first ever Hamilton County Community Garden Directory was created in 2017! Quarterly HCGN meetings provide training, education, and networking opportunities for community garden leadership, participants, and other gardeners. Check out the website online and join us!

6 Marion County SWCD Soil Health Initiative The Marion County SWCD Soil Health Initiative helps urban farms and growers regenerate soil health and improve water quality. The District provides workshops, events, hands-on demonstrations, and soil health technical assistance. 8 Pre-order rain barrels 55 gallon repurposed food grade barrels available! Pre-order by April 16 th to choose your color (terra cotta, grey, and black). Pick up on May 11 th in Noblesville. 10 Fall Native Tree Sale The SWCD holds a native tree sale Aug-Sept each year! Over 30 species of native shrubs and trees are available. 3 gallon containerized trees for ~$30 each. Order late July September and pick up your order in late Sept/early Oct (dates tbd). Species list will be available mid-july

11 Well assessments/ water testing The SWCD is partnering with The Great Lakes Rural Community Assistance program to provide free private well assessments. Well water testing is also available.
