When connected to lighting elements, detectors can show the way at dusk or remove the cover of darkness for intruders. Virtually nothing can escape GEV s motion detectors as they operate using passive infrared technology. This means that they react automatically to any moving heat source within their field of detection. The monitored area and ON switching times can be set individually for each device. This increases security while also helping to save energy.
