3 Lock and Key System KABA BEST CorMax has been selected as the Master Keying System per document titled Lock and Key System Bid Specification. Any deviations from this document should be noted thoroughly. Scope of Work The Vendor shall provide an accurate inventory of all Doors and Locks to the Owner in Excel format. A mandatory site survey is required to submit a proposal for this project. The Vendor shall install a new four-level small format interchangeable core (SFIC) cylinder system for all USD 380 buildings and replace the existing system. The Vendor shall provide a detailed Keying Diagram for implementation with keyways specified. The Vendor shall provide a detailed Keying Plan showing key assignments with the corresponding building, designated spaces and tenant spaces. The Vendor is responsible for a full and complete inventory of every door and or secured device. The Vendor is responsible for installation of all locking devices and cylinders, and shall be factory certified for installation services. Any customizations or required prep work shall be the responsibility of the installing vendor. 5 Software Lenel OnGuard 7.x Access Control Software or equivalent per document titled Security Management System Specification. Any deviations from this document should be noted thoroughly. The software shall be installed on a physical or virtual server provided by the installing integrator. All modules of the software system shall be installed on the USD 380 district network and not require an external (outside the USD 380 area network) connection. No cloud based or hosted solutions will be accepted or entertained. A minimum of 2 administrative clients shall be able to simultaneously access the system via a Windows PC. All software manuals shall be provided within 14 days of project completion per the Security Management System Specification document. Reference Drawings (Markups) shall be provided in a PDF format within 14 days of project completion per the Security Management System Specification document. Badges A minimum of 200 HID iclass proximity cards, vertically punched, shall be provided. These badges shall be pre-programmed with a facility code greater than 512 and card number above 100,000. Printing of badges shall be via the access control system badging interface, to a Fargo DTC4500e single sided card printer. Installation Installation shall be overseen onsite by a full time employee of the integrator, who is factory certified for installation of the access control platform. Please provide copies of valid certification. Cabling All cable shall be provided and installed by the installing integrator, but USD 380 staff will assist with determining cable paths and final locations. Cable shall be plenum jacketed per the Security Management System Specification document. Jacketed composite cable shall be used where possible. Splices, while not desired, when required shall be done in a metal enclosure out of sight. Locations requiring surface mounting are to be concealed in metal WireMold brand boxes and trim Power Electrical service (110v) will be provided by USD 380 staff to headend panel locations. All panels shall include a service disconnect provided by the installing integrator for the safe removal of power during service. All door components will be low voltage (24vdc maximum). Power Over Ethernet (POE) will not be accepted as a means of powering any access control components. Magnetic Locks Magnetic Locks will not be accepted or entertained as a means of locking any door within this project. There will be no exceptions. 5
6 Training Training for up to 4 people shall be provided before installation is considered complete, by a full time employee of the integrator who is factory certified for installation of the access control platform. This training should include both a software and hardware overview for pertinent parties. Please provide copies of valid certification. Warranty The installed system shall carry an installation warranty of at least one year from date of completion. This warranty shall cover all installation and hardware issues which arise under normal conditions. Please note any required deviations from this requirement. Datasheets Please provide datasheets of all products which will be installed. References USD 380 expects that all contractors working in its buildings perform at a high level of professionalism, deliver a high quality product, as well as provide excellent post installation service. To ensure this, we require contact information for a minimum of 3 installation references of a similar or larger project size from the education sector. Additional references may be included. 6
7 Centralia School LockDown Button Heavy Duty Red Metal Mushroom Button to be located in the office area, location to be later determined by district staff. This normally open button triggers programming which will perform a time zone override and immediately disable all Centralia School exterior readers from reading badges upon alarm condition. Return state of the button must be used to trigger programming which will immediately reset the building to normal operation. Neither function may be replaced by software. AiPhone Video Intercom System The Main Entrance shall be equipped with an AiPhone JO Series Video Intercom system consisting of 2 master stations to be placed in the office area, final locations to be determined by USD 380 staff at time of installation. The system shall trigger an input on the access control system to avoid alarms upon door unlock and open. The video door station should be mounted near the card reader. Door 1 - Main Entrance card read by a panic bar retrofit kit. Both doors of the set will be monitored by door position switches. A dual technology motion request to exit is mounted above the door, monitoring both doors. All cables requiring surface mounting are concealed in metal WireMold brand boxes and trim. Additional features for the door include a double card swipe (passage mode) for holding the door unlocked for events, and emergency lockdown (reader disable) upon a button press in the office. Door 2 card read by a HID branded RIM electric strike. Both doors of the set will be monitored by door position switches. A dual technology motion request to exit is mounted above the door, monitoring both doors. All cables requiring surface mounting are concealed in metal WireMold brand boxes and trim. A dual technology motion request to exit is mounted above the door, monitoring both doors. All cables requiring surface mounting are concealed in metal WireMold brand boxes and trim. Additional features for the door include a double card swipe for holding the door unlocked for events (passage mode), and emergency lockdown (reader disable) upon a button press in the office. 12 Vermillion School AiPhone Video Intercom System The Main Entrance shall be equipped with an AiPhone JO Series Video Intercom system consisting of 2 master stations to be placed in the office area, final locations to be determined by USD 380 staff at time of installation. 12

14 Software Milestone XProtect Software or equivalent per document titled Video Management System Specification. Any deviations from this document should be noted thoroughly. The software shall be installed on a physical or virtual server provided by the integrator. All modules of the software system shall be installed on the USD 380 district network and not require an external (outside the USD 380 area network) connection. No cloud based or hosted solutions will be accepted or entertained. Storage shall be computed to allow for exterior cameras to record 8 frames\sec continuously, and interior cameras to record 8 frames\sec upon motion. A minimum of 30 days of storage at the camera s maximum resolution are required. A recording server shall be placed at the Centralia and Frankfort locations. Cameras Cameras will be an indoor\outdoor mini-dome camera w/ LED Illumination, 3MP or greater resolution. Any specified camera shall have native Milestone XProtect Driver support. Locations are specified upon the supplied map. Please include all mounting hardware and cable concealment as part of the bid, as well as any required Milestone licensing for proper operation. A 1 Year CarePlus is also requested for all software and devices. Existing Cameras All existing cameras will be brought into the Milestone XProtect Software at each specific location. Please include any required licensing and CarePlus as required to cover these cameras. Network Installing integrator will create a separate video network consisting of Cat5e or greater cabling, and will provide all required network switches. This network will host all cameras and recording servers isolated from the existing district data network. Network addresses will be provided by USD 380. All cameras will be powered via POE. Wireless cameras will not be accepted or entertained.
