Sealed tenders under two bids system ( part-i Technical bid along with EMD and part II Price bid) are invited from the Indian / Foreign manufacturers/ Authorised Distributors or Indian Agents for the supply, installation and commissioning of the following equipments:- S.No Tender No. Description of items Qty Single/ Double bid 1. All prospective bidders are requested to kindly submit their queries to the address indicated above so as to reach 2.00 pm latest by The bids must reach this office on or before (extended due date ) upto 14:30 hours (IST) and shall be opened on same day at 15:00 hours (IST). 6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as specified above and must be delivered to the above office at the date and time indicated above. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on the specified date and time. In the event of the date specified for bid receipt and opening being declared as a closed holiday for purchaser s office, the due date for submission of bids and opening of bids will be the following working day at the appointed time. 7. 2 ANNEXURE-A Technical Specifications of Gas Chromatograph with FID and TCD Quantity Required : Two Nos.* Detailed Specifications Gas Chromatograph with FID and TCD Main Unit With multi ramp (more than 15) temperature programming and advanced electronic pneumatic control (EPC)/electronic flow control (EFC) for carrier and detector gas supply and capable of providing round the clock productivity. Highly precise retention time repeatability (< 0.008%) and area repeatability (< 1%RSD) Full EPC for all inlets and detectors. Injectors 2 no of PTV split/splitless capillary injection port(1no port for TCD and FID to connect series and 1 no port for FID which connecting in series for offline use ) maximum temperature 400 o C, with electronic pressure control for carrier gas and split flow, pressure range psi. temperature programming from ambient to 400 o C. 5 MINUTES OF MEETING Sub: Pre bid Technical Presentation on Notice No. 07/2012 for PUR/1/12-13/AB-VVDN/249 & 317/PO and PUR/1/12-13/SKM/346/PO Date: 21st January, 2013 at IIP, Dehradun Present: Dr. S. Rathore (Dani Intruments) The following points have been raised 1. We have discussed three GC (one for SK Maity, one for VVDN Prasad and one for Ankur) in pre bid meeting with three vendors. 2. We have explained our requirements to all the vendors. 3. After discussion with the three vendors we have finalised our technical specifications. 4. We have also made few changes as follows SKM (PUR/1/12-13/SKM/346/PO) a. pressure range for injector was changed from 0 to 150 psi to 0 to 100 psi and maximum temperature for injector was changed from 450 to 400 O C or more. One packed injector port was replaced by GSV. b. One detector for sulfur, nitrogen and phosphorous has replaced by sulphur and nitrogen detector. c. We have made clear clarification of the automated valve in the detail way d. Packed column has been modified as high temperature packed column. VVDN Prasad (PUR/1/12-13/AB-VVDN/249 & 317/PO) e. pressure range for injector was changed from 0 to 150 psi to 0 to 100 psi. One packed injector port was replaced by GSV. f.
