7 Applications Smoke and Flood Protection - An excessive presence of smoke in a room can be the signal of a possible starting of fire and the optical smoke detector is able to identify it in the environment and report it - Water leaks inside the house can cause very expensive damage that can also affect any underlying apartments. 59 Radio Communication A simple Way to verify Signal Strength in Advance 1. Place the central unit in position 2. Try the remote control communication in the selected sensor position 3. If the remote control doesn t communicate try with respective sensor 4. If with the sensor the signal is low evaluate the possibility to insert a repeater or to change central unit position Remind that the remote control has a lower signal strength than the sensors.
