The European Certification Board Security. It stands for the international guarantee of quality. What are VdS certifed safes? The Association of Damage Prevention GmbH (VdS-Verband der Schadenverhütung) is an independent, international, accredited and notified testing and certification body for the protection against fire and burglary. VdS certified safes and vaults are tested according to European norms EN and then classified. As a result, you can be assured of a quality product. What is WG? WG is the abbreviation for Resistance Level Unit. All tools that are used to attack safes are catalogued. The longer a safe can withstand these tools, the higher the resistance level unit will be with regard to the time unit. The classification begins at '0'.
