Lightweight construction Relastan Varrit safes are in line with current needs as a result of many years experience in safe construction. Since the safe s door fully opens (over 180 ), drawers, hanging files and interior compartments can be easily used. When the safe is closed, the locks bolt on all four sides, making it impossible to prise the door open. 21 Insurance for contents in WALDIS safes In the unlikely event that a safe is broken into on your premises, WALDIS offers you a warranty against burglary of up to 30 years depending on the resistance grade in question. If, despite the best possible armour-plating, a burglary takes place, there is now an insurance policy available to cover the contents of your safe. In the event of an insured burglary, WALDIS Tresore AG shall cover the replacement of any property subject to the following terms and conditions. Provided that the safe owner does everything right! No burglar is looking for a safe. Burglars are looking for money and jewellery. No matter where they get into the house, their first target is the office or the bedroom. In most cases, these rooms are a complete write-off. Safes should not be disguised or hidden in the cellar. They should be in the office or close to the bedroom. Safes must be seen within the first minute. All burglars know that what they are looking for is locked inside them. This means they will not search any further. Now they will examine the safe. Do not buy any safe with a key lock. Because burglars will go looking for the key.
