Together with our sister companies, we are in a position to offer the full range of fire doors (from A0 to H120) on a worldwide basis. The company is situated in Bodø in Northern Norway and has 97 employees and annual turnover of USD 31 million. We have direct logistic lines to major ports and airports in Europe and close cooperation with all major European transport companies. We areaa DNV approved manufacturer with MED DD certificate according to European Marine Directive and we have approved internal control procedures within the guidelines of ISO 9001 and therefore guarantee quality to our customers. We are also holding some certificates from: Lloyds, USCG, ABS, B.V. and Russian M.R. of S.

3 BlastRating / Explosion Proof. In some areas where gas treatment takes place, there will be explosion risks. Ifanexplosion occursthe fire cell around the area must withstand the explosion and the ensuing fire. To ensure these properties on the doors, they have been physically tested for explosion and then fire tested These requirements have to be documented. Theoretical calculations for explosion properties can be accepted but the fire test properties can only be defined by physical testing.

8 Gas Tightness. Fire doors leak tested to NBI test procedure. Leak rates Hinged doors are down to 0,1m 3 /m 2.h at 50Pa positive or negative pressure. Leak rates Sliding doors are down to 0 m 3 /m 2.h at 50Pa positive or negative pressure. Keep gas leakage in drilling/production area out of living quarters and electrical rooms.
