POLICY RETURNS & CONDITIONS Any physical signs of damage to the package must be rejected. If accepted, return charges are incurred. Taking multiple pictures of the damage to the package is required to file claims for damaged units. Upon receiving the unit, if defective parts are found or expected components are missing/broken you must contact us within 7 business days upon receipt to process an exchange. Returns for any reason other than defective parts within 30 days of receiving the sign, is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
