Information provided by Honeywell Transportation treland Limited: Please see attached a copy of the two relevant certificates of incorporation on change of name, number & number When the Turbo facility acquired its IPC licence, its legal name was Honeywell International Technologies Limited (HITL). The activities of two separate Honeywell operations were reported under this company name at that time and they were the Turbo and Aerospace operations. Following a restructure of the company at the end of 2007, the two facilities which up to that point made up HlTL were legally separated into what are now called Honeywell Transportation lreland Limited (HTIL) and Honeywell Aerospace lreland Limited (HAIL) while at the same time the original HlTL company was promoted to the role of a holding company. Therefore what was originally one company now became three companies. Rather than set up two new legal entities to facilitate the creation of HTlL and HAIL, Honeywell decided to re-name two of its existing but dormant companies. Therefore an existing Honeywell company called Holt Lloyd Ltd was renamed to HTlL while an existing Honeywell company called Honeywell lreland Software Ltd ( HISL) was renamed to HAIL. This explains why on the "change of name" document, it refers to Holts changing its name to HTlL rather than HlTL changing its name to HTIL.
